A list of puns related to "U.s. Route 101 In Washington"
On December 6th of 1983, a local utility worker found the body of a woman on the side of Old Route 17 in Ellery, NY. The woman was semi-clothed and had been shot multiple times, including in the mouth and back. She was about 30-38 years old at her time of death and had been dead for several hours, but ni exact time of death was released. She had brown but graying medium length hair and weighed about 130 pounds, 5'5" tall. Mole behind left ear and wart above left ear. Scar on throat. Size 5-6 shoes. A+ blood type. She may have had a child in the past. When found, she had an IUD which was most likely not made in the U.S. No identification has been made in 38 years.
Jane Doe was found with her clothes: a white v-neck camisole of Italian origin, not made for export to the U.S. Her skirt was handmade and mix of brown and red wool. She also had a size 40 (european) trench coat, also wool. A wool pullover, gray/blue was found alongside her, as well. She has been sexually assaulted and left at the scene along the route.
One unresolved "clue" was a small note on stationary found in her pocket-- a paper labeled "The Blue Boy Motor Lodge" which is a now closed business from Vancouver, Canada. On the note is a sort of written shorthand of letters followed by numbers. People have posited that the numbers may be zip codes, phone numbers, or serial numbers, but no concrete meaning haa been found.
She also had dental work, some gold teeth/fillings which were most likely done in europe determined by the gold and type of dentistry done.
All signs seem to point to Jane Doe being from Canada or Europe.
The search is still on to find Jane Doe. Her picture can be found on her Facebook page named "Jane Doe Chautauqua County" as well as pictures of her clothes, dental work, and where she was found. Contact information can be found there as well for Chautauqua County Sheriff's Department.
-What do you think--where is Jane Doe from? -Why was she in Chautauqua County? -Significance of note and Blue Boy Motor Lodge?

I'm planning a trip into the U.S and down the length of highway 101, however I've never ridden in the U.S and I don't actually know if this would be a good trip. Has anyone out there done this?
Just got into bikepacking and looking to do an easy overnight shakedown to test out my setup. Any recommendations for a good overnight trip in Western Washington? I'd be willing to go east of Seattle as well.
My only resource for routes is bikepacking.com. Not sure if they're are other good resources out there?
