A list of puns related to "Singularly"
Alrighty Guys and Gals,
Time to put together the next thread, this time we're going to follow on from our previous three crazy rambling threads found here....
https://redd.it/3wpbpn
here...
https://redd.it/3x5ges
and here...
https://redd.it/3xr8l1
...and will -in the next thread- combine this thread here...
https://redd.it/406fy1
...with the following text to -hopefully- tie everything together with a pretty bow, and provide some much needed answers... don't expect the next thread any time soon though :) because... Well... its complex, and you'll see why when we finally get there.
Onwards...
Pythagorean Mathematics... why?
I know what you're thinking... 'mathematics!? who wants to read about mathematics?'... boring... I couldn't agree more, but I promise you, you'll start understanding a great deal more about what is going on in the Vault by the time I've goaded you through the things I've been researching. Please bear with me; get yourself a cup of tea and some biscuits and settle into a comfy armchair under a warm comforting desk lamp, and we shall begin.
When we read through the previous threads, you'll see I've made some staggeringly audacious assertions. The Vault of Glass... the raid in the game that we all know so well [pun] is not what we think it is, but rather a representation of a Temple of Pythagoras. I then go on to make a great many number of rambling connections that I've found to support what is, ultimately, a best guess. Now I'm going to try to provide more details which reassure me I'm heading in the right direction, and by the time I'm done, you're going to suspect every bit as much as I do, that the Alpha Lupi symbol has far far more to do with the Vault and the story, than may appear on the surface.
...so the first clarification that is needed is what we mean by a 'Temple of Pythagoras'? Not sure how to put this down in words, but I certainly don't mean a Temple built to worship Pythagoras the man himself, but rather a Temple that would have been built by the Pythagoreans... if they ever built temples... which I'm not sure they actually did. People build temples as places of worship to something, a god maybe, or some such important idol, so if the Pythagoreans were to build a temple; what would they build it to? That is the question, and the answer comes to us from two different directions (that I've found at the moment), the concept of the Tetractys, and the concept of mathematics being the sum of all thin
... keep reading on reddit β‘I was watching television last night when a very particular show catched my attention. You see, I'm used to regular, old fashioned comedy. I'm used to laughing at the pauses, following the pun strings and being fed one punchline after the other. But no, this time was different. This time the situation that led to comedy was an absolute tragedy. If I had to compare it to previous works, I would most certainly equate it to Norm Macdonald's moth joke, which guides the listener trough the tragic life of a moth only to violently end with a singular pun strike. What I saw was a never before conceived family drama. An old man was manipulating his family in order to reach his egoistic goals, driving them every time closer to the verge of an absolute breakup. His actions had had effects on his daughter's marriage, which had been devastated, and his grandson, who was constantly suffering the consequences of his illusions of grandeur. Over time, his daughter took the courage to take the leads on her life and finally be free of such burdens. For that, she chose family counseling. Now, the old man was against it and, no matter how hard her daughter tried to convince her, he always refused. In the end, she gave him an ultimatum to go, but in a desperate effort to keep himself from confronting his inner demons he turned to his grandson and told him "I turned myself into a pickle Morty. I'm pickle Rick!" Funniest shit I've ever seen.
No, this isn't just my hormones talking. I rewatched Goldeneye last night and was immediately drawn to Xenia. Her introductory scene is fantastic, telling you right away that she's a match for Bond. You later learn that her weapon of choice is sex, and she's damn good at using it.
Famke gives an incredibly fun performance, something that feels R-rated in an otherwise PG-13 film. Xenia will act like a wild animal and get off on killing people. Hell, she nearly kills Bond both times she fights him, and he's only saved because of Natalya the second time around.
I can't think of the last Bond villain/henchman made my heart jump because of their acting--Famke's snarl/smile is genuinely terrifying, but still you'd go willingly to your doom because she's just that compelling.
So my embarrassing flavor of the past month has been over the top obsessed love which sent me down a KU Jessa Kane rabbit hole that Iβm just now poking my head out of. For what ive read that represents this Rec request
While at work listening to audiobooks, Iβve just finished JA Hussβs Mister series and
I totally understand the target audience and why most obsessed/stalker books Iβve read are MMC, but Iβm a guy and am hoping we have some awesome FMC stalkers or singularly obsessed recommendations out there.
What I like about these? The actions are obviously the largest of red flags/illegal, but the obsession/love comes from an appreciative place more than a dark place. That feeling of βno one in the world compares to THIS person and I would do anything for them because that person deserves it.β I like those stories so much better than the darker βI HAVE to have this person, who cares what they need/want, I am going to consume themβ.
(As a 3rd last resort option, if you have a βomg this was just the best you have to read thisβ book where itβs MMC, Iβll take that, too.)
I keep getting with arguments with people because they say βif you use they then i will be expecting a lot of peopleβ. So i tired researching this but I couldnβt find any articles that say anything about they/them being historically grammatically correct,
I donβt need the stakes to be higher than ever by introducing some mastermind behind the past filmsβ events, especially when thereβs no credible reason to believe such a character exists from the previous films. Itβs just a forced way of making a villain seem more significant when the larger screenplay lacks any depth or substance.
I also donβt need things to be βpersonal this timeβ anymore. I donβt need the villain to be Bondβs former colleague, or to have killed a loved one of his, or to be revealed as his step brother, or to destroy his childhood home.
Please, for the love of god, just give us a Bond film whose plot, villain, female lead, settings, and overall feel are unique to that one movie. Iβm growing tired of this insistence that everything must be interconnected.
Ashe of all people. Anna's supposed to be an immortal traveling merchant, right? I just didn't imagine any living creature, either in Fodlan or any other Fire Emblem world, could upstage her when it comes to haggling prices.

Mildly anemic, taking pre-natal vitamins to supplement iron.

Sorry for long post - thereβs been a lot of weird symptoms and at this stage itβs unclear whatβs relevant and whatβs not. Iβm not sure if I should be advocating harder for myself or accepting the shrugged answers of βCould just be genetics.β Rural provider in this area is notorious for missing things (friend with 42 gallstones complaining of symptoms for over a year almost lost pancreas, colleague sent home with a stroke that nearly killed her, etc.) so I donβt want to miss out on something important, but I also donβt want to seem like a hypochondriac.
In the past two years Iβve started experiencing more pain in my left breast - experiencing a high peak in February. Breast was ultrasounded and a small collection of cysts was found in the breast tissue and I was sent off with a pamphlet to put hot compresses on it. Breast pain is not in line with the menstrual cycle. It comes and goes without rhyme or reason, although I am generally tender pre-cycle.
In the past year, Iβve also noticed my periods feeling βworseβ in the lead-up. More brain fog, feelings of overwhelm/anxiety/panic (literally only just 3-6 hours before my period starts.) Also, I found out that the size and number of clots I pass during my period is unusual. Menstruation started around age 10 or 11. Heavy, heavy periods, with nasty pain in the first 1-3 days. During the worst of it Iβm usually unable to stand up straight.
Periods fluctuate between 25-32 days in length.
I donβt have specific medical history for my mother, but I know she had βbad periods.β Her mother, my maternal grandmother was first diagnosed with endometriosis around age 23 and had a D&C performed. I guess the tissue came back or something had gotten worse by the time she had her next child at 27 - they performed a full hysterectomy back then in the early 70s.
I also feel like Iβm seeing more dark hairs where Iβm not supposed to in the past year - dark, coarse sideburn hairs coming in on the sides of my face, hairs on the bottom of my chin, a few dark chest hairs, but I donβt know thatβs βnormalβ for a woman aging or not.
Terrible acne since around age 15ish. Cystic. Terrible. Painful. Lots of scar

> WASHINGTON - Sen. Joe Manchin settled in at President Joe Biden's family home in Delaware on a Sunday morning in the fall as the Democrats worked furiously to gain his support on their far-reaching domestic package.
> Despite Democrats slashing Biden's big bill in half and meeting the senator's other demands, Manchin is no closer to voting yes.
> Manchin's actions throw Democrats into turmoil at time when families are struggling against the prolonged COVID-19 crisis and Biden's party needs to convince voters heading toward the 2022 election that their unified party control of Washington can keep its campaign promises.
> Manchin has gotten much of what he wanted: Biden halved what had been a $3.5 trillion proposal to $1.75 trillion, once Manchin gave his nod to that figure.
> Manchin insisted the corporate tax rate Biden proposed raising to 28% would not inch past 25% - in fact, it ended up not being raised at all, thanks to opposition from another hold-out Democrat, Sen. Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona.
> For progressives, the stalemate Manchin engineered was exactly what lawmakers have feared after Congress signed off on a companion $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill rather than force the two bills to move together to Biden's desk.

i tried using the example of, if i saw someones dog i would say βaw, whatβs their name?β but he just responded βokay but thats a dogβ, and βi would just say βwhatβs your dogβs name?β β
i also used an example of, if someone won an academic award, and if the host was describing this person before announcing who won, the host would say βthis person was an excellent student! they had straight Aβs and they always paid attention in class! [as to not give the gender away immediately]β but that didnt get through either
