Running rum questions
I haven't done a rum run in long enough time that I've massivly upgraded my equipment from a chinese bullshit still to a chinese modular still.
In the past I've just run a pot still to a thumper for it, but I got plates now(and dont really have a thumper at the larger sizes I've moved to) and was wondering who all does rum runs through bubble plates?

Thought y'all would appreciate this. After running out of vanilla extract while baking cupcakes over the weekend, I thought how cool it would be to have a big thing of homemade vanilla extract like the sorted boys. So after doing research I made rum and bourbon vanilla extract. 🥃🧁
