A list of puns related to "Rothstein"

Edit: it formatted weird those are the 7 players that made the trip. McCuller and Wilson wonβt play though. Sorry for the confusion
Nothing COVID related.
Before Arnold Rothstein died he was playing cards with a gambler named, "George McMantis" who he refused to pay money to after he lost. Two months later he was mysteriously shot in the torso at a Manhattan hotel. When asked who shot him he chose to take classic mafia code of silence and said nothing. Two days later he died.
But did George McMantis (the gambler who he owed a to and refused to pay) really kill him? I'm skeptical. I think there are two other suspects to look at:
Lucky Luciano- He inherited the majority of Arnold Rothstien's empire and had a very large incentive to want to kill Rothstein.
Dutch Schultz- A former proteige of Rothstein but unlike staying close to him and continuing to learn from him like Luciano... He decided to break off from Rothstien entirely. He completely abandoned Rothstein's teachings that "bodies in the street are bad for business" and decided to go rogue and to leave a large body count wherever he went. He and Rothstien became bitter enemies and I could have seen him as the trigger man.
I've heard Chris on DLP hint at not liking him and I heard Rothstein on Pride of Detroit podcast say Lions Reddit hates him.
I listened to his podcast the last couple years when he covered the Patricia years and he seemed pretty fair and level headed.
Can someone shed some light on this?
Desperately wish they would've made full on NYC version. Or a Capone version because how great he was every scene.
