The fork piston rod is stuck I've heated it a lot still won't budge. WD-40 is no help either. Ideas?

Rubbing noise started in crank with no rods/pistons installed
So I’ve been working on my motor (06A 1.8t VW motor) for a couple weeks now and the other day I noticed when I turned the crank, I heard some rubbing... mind you the whole reason we started this build is because my little Audi threw timing, so the crank and bottom end were always fine but I took the opportunity to go with stronger conrods. Yeah, basically it sounds like some rubbing when the crank spins with some restriction but not much, also I havnt had the crank, main caps, or main bearings and thrust washers out at all... I’m puzzled.

Rod bearing let go and the piston made whoopie with the head. What I know is the head gasket does not contact the damaged area and has a sliver of blank space between flat and definitely not flat. What I don't know is can I get away with this for a daily driver? reddit.com/gallery/lh9v4d

What’s the best way to make power on the lower end of the rev range (3500 rpm ish) on a Chevy big block 454 for a marine application (not planing on touching rods ,crack or pistons)
Okay I need some help here. I just put this motor together, crank has been ground down, with matching bearings. I just did the timing. Possibly rod knock? Maybe piston slap?
