A Badjao diver from the Philippines descend 20meters (65feet) to sea floor, hearts slows down to 30beats per minute, squezzes its lung to 1/3 of its initial volume, even without weights he is negatively bouyant enough to strive across the bottom of the sea as if like hunting on land.

Asking for advice in taking over SEA as Philippines
Hello all, been playing as a liberated Philippines with dreams of becoming a secondary power and conquering SEA, and I would like to ask for some tips to achieve domination over the islands.
Here's some questions:
[1]. How do I wrestle the Indonesian islands from the Netherlands without getting whopped by any sizeable force they may send from the home country?
[2]. How do I build up sufficient numbers of my own forces? The Philippines has a relatively small pop number so how do I build up my armies?
[3]. Any advice for building up fleets and navies would also be appreciated.
[4]. What's the quickest way for such a nation to achieve at least a secondary power status to begin colonization and all that wonderful stuff?
Ye that's all, thanks!
