Instant life saver!! Honestly try it! Way better than anything I have tried. Completely destroys tums in terms of what is better. 11/10 recommend! I use the blue peppermint excel gum. Best thing in the world.
Just a quick note to mention that I've been using the items mentioned in the title when I'm feeling cravings, and they seem to help a lot.
There's something about the act of chewing gum or swirling a mint or cough-drop around my mouth that satisfies at least some aspects of the smoking ritual. The cool mint/menthol feeling fills my lungs with something. And peppermint oil is clinically shown to be an anti-emetic (anti-nausea).
Guess I'll see all of you in December when I'll be needing your support for kicking my gum habit...

So today I had some water and had some peppermint gum with me so I chewed some gum and had some water and it was the coldest feeling I ever had in my throat and it felt amazing I highly recommend that if you’re having water and have some gum laying around drink the water with the gum and it will feel much colder.
