A list of puns related to "Notary Public"
The notary public at my work recently quit, and Iβm looking to get a document notarized. Is there anyone around town that does notary work?
Hi! Iβm looking into becoming a notary public in California. I hate the idea of being scammed or paying for things I donβt need but donβt want to be unprepared.
I see that thereβs an option in my area
Allstatenotary.com
Notary2pro.com
Or I could do NNA , Nationalnotary.org , which is pretty expensive
AFTER BECOMING A NOTARY, Iβd like to know how to become a loan signing agent! Can anyone explain how to? And recommend where to sign up? I know NNA offers certificates to be a loan signing agent but is there a cheaper alternative?
Any and all help Iβd appreciated thank you!
Ps: I hear that I need to buy a printer to print stuff once Iβm a notary? If so what printer brand do you recommend? Paper recommendation?
Looking to get my notary license in NY but Iβm not sure if I maybe need to go get a new drivers license? My address is updated with DMV but written on the back of my ID. Also my signature now doesnβt match my ID, i literally printed my name on the DL when I got it at 16β¦does your notary signature have to match your license? Thank you!
Currently waiting on my stuff to come in. I need ideas/advice on how to make this a side business. Thanks in advance
Has anyone had experience with attesting a document, I was asked 1700 aed to attest it, it just seems to high for me.
Which signing service companies would you recommend joining? How do you approach escrow companies? What would you tell someone who would like to know your fees? How much do you charge for traveling (do you charge a $1 per mile)? Whatβs the best way to practice a loan signing?
With the tokenization of physical assets and documents, what's the bottle neck for utilizing LINK along with Notary Publics as blockchain on-boarders for trusted, verifiable information to certify NFTs?
For some reason I assumed the libraries had this service available. I found responses varied(?).
While I plan to call UPS-- it is not real estate or an excessive number of documents, but I would like to get it done prior to the holidays. Some places seem to be iffy due to holidays, pandemic, and et cetera.
Basically, if anyone does have firsthand recommendations that I can add to my list with a hint of faith they will be operational, I would truly appreciate that input!
Thank you!
In 2020, my then partner and I registered our relationship as defacto under the NSW government. We have since broken up and moved to the UK. I need a solicitor, Justice of Peace, or Notary Public to witness me signing documents to continue with my application to revoke the relationship registration. The prices I could find online are very expensive, and everything is coming out of my student loans. My ex and his family are not cooperating with me so it's up to me to sort this out myself. Thank you in advance.
I have a document (Power of Attorney) written in Indonesian that needs to be notarized but apparently by law, the notary must understand what the document is for. Hence, I'm searching for a notary public that speaks/understand Indonesian.
Any lead is much appreciated!
If anyone knows a notary public currently in France and able to certify a signature, or any U.S. firm which has an in-house notary public, that would be greatly appreciated π₯³ thank you!
When I Google it things come up offering to sell you information but they look bogus to me. Is there a book I can get at the library, study then go take the test?
It sounds likeΒ for a notary public to make any real moneyΒ they would have to become a signing agent. How do you make the connections to become that?
Hello,
I'm a Notary Public in North Carolina. I moved to another city (within North Carolina) but did not change my address within 45 days, more like within 70 days. I'm wondering if there is a penalty for this and if I can still practice in North Carolina. Or is it that you have to update your address within 45 IF you move OUT of the state of North Carolina? I can't remember and the NC Notary website isn't very clear about this distinction.
I recently joined a PI firm but havenβt told anyone I have a notary public license. Kinda scared to because I know theyβre going to ask me to notarize documents I shouldnβtπ©. Iβm pending bar admission and have been warned in mandatory state bar videos about the dangers of notarizing documents when I technically shouldnβt (POAs, HIPAA authorizations when the client isnβt physically there). Am I right to be afraid of the extent that PI forms abuse notarization or am I just overthinking it? Anyone have horror stories of notaries public getting in trouble?
What would happen if it was found out that the Personal Representatives of a Deceased person, who happens to be the deceased's Daughter and Son-in-law, used a Notary Public from WI, who happens to be their Son-in-law, for forms for probate based in SC? The Notary signed the forms in WI and the signatories were in SC. Nothing was done online or over any kind of phone or video chat, and the signings were performed at separate times in addition to separate locations. There is also a document for the selling of the deceased's car that said the deceased was intestate but she had a will, and probate and all other forms were carried out by the will.
Anyone know of a good place to find a notary in Worcester? UPS store on Lake doesn't have one. I don't have a local bank because I moved here recently, but if there's a bank that will provide notary for a non-customer, that would be cool.
Does anyone have any good resources for studying for the NY notary public exam? I took it six years ago and passed without studying, then because my license expired I had to take it again a few months ago. I mustβve gotten dumber in the last six years cause I failed lol
Iβve been Googling around for resources but it mostly seems like sketchy companies trying to sell me books. Can anyone recommend anything?
Thanks!
After almost a year of waiting, my name change was approved by the country I'm a citizen of, so I'm trying to sort my statutory declaration ASAP. Justice of the peace Court does not take signing appointments and every lawyer offering this service has quoted me Β£70+. I will pay it if I have to, but it seems a bit excessive. Could anyone let me know if you've used someone in Edinburgh who quoted less?
I'm thinking of becoming a notary and keep coming across these terms and aren't sure if they're the same things and if not is it worth it to become a loan signing agent after being a notary public?
I am working as a notary public in the state of Florida and have receive an official complaint from the state department of the notary public.
Apparently, I either:
The document in question came to light in an unrelated civil case in which the defendant (who was found guilty) forged the signature of his supervisor on a document that alleged that the plaintiff in the case attacked him at his job. The court record found that this workplace assault incident never occurred, and that the supervisor's signature on the document I notarized was forged.
My notary journal reflects that I verified the identity of the defendant in the case, however, evidently he either:
At this point, I am wondering how I should respond to the state and what position I should take. My wish list of outcomes is:
Thanks for your help.
Straight to the point β why are there so few notary publics in the UK (approx. 850)? I haven't also seen too many job adverts, nor have I seen offers for trainees (except for several ones). Why is it that way? Is the profession underpaid?
Does anyone know where I'm Woodstock to go to get forms Notarized?
Thanks
