From what I gather they own the land theyre working on and they are having pretty good returns in the coring samples it's dirt dirt cheap, opinions on it? lack of attention brought to it ,is it bad good ?

I’ve bought a handful of times here and am a frequent lurker, and this is my first sale post of items I don’t see myself going back to much. A few header notes
• Pretty much all of these items are played at least once, most twice or more. I do strive to keep items I receive in solid condition but unless I mark it as NM/NM, expect some minor flaw. I try to grade conservatively but I am not perfect. Any playtesting notes are from a basic but capable player (Fluance RT82) so your experience on a low end or high end system may vary. I also tend to buy cheaper, used or damaged items to test out and see how they hit, so a lot of this damage came this way. I do try to price down to reflect that.
• I will be re-using mailers within reason. Any wrecked mailer won’t be used and I will pack as carefully as possible but they will be previously used mailers. I am also open to shipping in the manner the buyer prefers within reason.
• Shipping default will be USPS Media Mail. Any order $25 or more will have USPS Media Mail Shipping included at no additional charge presuming it's in a single mailer. Any order under $25 will have a $5 shipping charge per mailer. If you have a specific shipping request (either courier or speed) please let me know and I will do my best to work within those bounds. At this point, I am only looking to sell within the U.S. If you are Canadian and there’s something you really want, let me know and I’ll see what shipping quotes to. I doubt it’d be worth it for you given the price of most of these records. but I’m open to that. I am shipping from New Hampshire - USA.
• Any record $5 or under can be added on to another record order for free (as long as it stays in one mailer). Any record $10 or under can be added on to another record for $5 with the same caveat regardless of the price listed.
• Payment will be, as the subreddit dictates, Paypal Goods and Services. I will not accept payment via any other method.
• I am willing to cut deals on multiple records and, likewise, I am human so it is quite possible I missed a restock of an item or mispriced a record – please feel free to PM or Chat me. I will likely lower the price or remove the item if it goes below what I’d want to let it go for. I tried to price below similar Discogs listings (condition wise) and keep in line with the market.
• Finally – please be patient – I am generally a trader or buyer and I am not quick all the time, I will do my best to be responsive.

I was rewatching the April 8th instagram live and at the 14:19 mark, Ronnie says that Sara Watkins plays on the new TK album. Brandon goes on to say how she elevated a few of the songs. Sara Watkins is a fiddler, meaning it's likely that there's fiddling on TK7.
I've been on the lookout for all things Nickel Creek (recently was able to get This Side for $60.00). I continuously check up every now and then for listings online for their older albums (Why Should the Fire Die?, and Nickel Creek). Today I searched it up on Google and all three of those albums are available to preorder for November 6, I checked oldies . Com and Amazon and they both had same preorder dates.
I am thrilled to see this, I am a big Nickel Creek fan and been looking forever to collect all their stuff. But I haven't read anything formal regarding then announcing they are doing this.
I hope this is the case and an announcement comes soon, but if you are looking to preorder now is the time!
It seems that they are repressing more records slated for an November 6th release for This Side, Why Should the Fire Die, and their self titled album.

Hey everyone! This may be a shot in the dark but I've been searching everywhere for Nickel Creek's first 3 albums (Nickel Creek, this side, why should the fire die?) on vinyl to no avail - they seem almost impossible to find.
They are one of my favorite bands, does anyone know where I would be able to find any of the 3 aforementioned albums on vinyl?
