Have to admit i is in over my head on this one, so please bear with me. Have been having a ball trying to learn how to use Stellarium to show the astronomical data recorded VAT 4956 cuneiform tablet using the guide at https://xjwfriends.com/2018/02/18/astronomical-diary-vat-4956/
Stellarium has Babylonian Skylore for MUL.APIN so that zodiac, planet and constellation names are shown according to how the ancient Babylonians referred to them which likely (to be honest i dunno just an educated guess) what the names in that VAT 4956 tablet were referring to.
There is also a plug in to add Hebrew calendar as i thought this would be useful after making sure the Babylonians used similar lunar months and shared same new years day. Nisan 1.
But then found the date to use shared in the guide linked to above "22nd April" does not fit in with lunar cycle or Hebrew calender.
Just had to make sure the Hebrew calender matched the VAT 4956 Nisan 1 and everything fell into place at sunset for first verse to be reproduced - the date for Gregorian calender ended up being 4th April 568 bce

I spent a couple of years in Korea and came to adore mul naeng myeon. I have been making it at home now and it's nearly perfected, but I want to find the best korean version/brand of vinegar and mustard that would typically be served on the side at a korean mul naeng myeon restaurant.
Any ideas?
I've tried western brands of white, rice and apple cider vinegar but they aren't hitting the same memories I have of back in Korea.
