A list of puns related to "Magatama"
What are the best substatistics for each type of magatama ? (ATK, CRIT, DEF, HP)
IM TIREDDD I WASTED OVER 60 BRANCHES AND NOTHINGGGGG SOMEONE HELPPPP
The mirror was forged by Ishikoridome and caught Amaterasuβs reflection so perfectly she thought it was a god more beautiful than herself, and the Kusanagi was pulled out of the Orochi by Susanoo. Of the three treasures the jewel kinda seems like the least fleshed out in the stories.
Does anyone have more information about it? I cant seem to find anything substantial about it other than at some point it got chucked in the ocean.
Thanks in advance!
I got through the first 50 fifty floors of Tower with Yukikaze and Murasaki relatively fine, but i am stuck now on the new levels since they have a lot less space meaning it's kinda difficult to use hit and run like before. I tried being more aggressive but in 6-7 hits my Murasaki gets destroyed and so does Yuki, so I am wondering if it's a good idea to have a larger health pool in order to tank the hits ? From what i have seen from other people doing tower some have HP ranging from 30k to 70k, so maybe investing in being tanky is the way to go?
People are playing this like Mario LOL. You dash to the tama like it is a coin and it feels so good to pick them up, right? On the second and third map, it would be actually slower if this happens because you need to hit a checkpoint (of tama) to open the next door. For example, if people are just randomly grabbing them, you can have one person got 6 tama and one got 4. So what happens? Even the person with the 6 tama dash to buy a curse. He can only buy a shade and spend 5. Since the other person cannot buy back to back shades (IIRC), he gotta rack up to the next denominator which is 10. That is 6 more, if the other person does not come in and grab one or two from you.
It seems like letting one person to max out at 15 first at priority is better strategy. Curses that cost 10 don't seem to be the best ones anyway (correct me if I am wrong). Usually the gate is like 20 to open. The quickest is a 15+5. OK, given if it is 2 samurai for example, it is very difficult to not pick up any tama when using ult for example. That's why I also have a feeling that having a samurai + hunter team *maybe* the meta combo... in terms of tama management.
Too many people still hold on to all their magatama just waiting to 15 or are so focused on getting as many kills as possible that they donβt spend their magatama fast enough. So many rounds Iβve played with my teammate take out an oni, collect the magatama, and just continue hacking away when it would take just 5 magatama to open that last gate. Frustrating.
I started playing Nocturne HD recently, and (just like when playing the original) I was frustrated by how annoying it was to look up detailed info on all the different magatamas, especially the levels at which you can learn their skills. This time I decided to do something about it. As a result, I took a couple hours to make this. I used this guide as my source, mainly just copy/pasting the data from there into something that's much quicker and easier to navigate (and hopefully looks nicer).
I made it for myself, but I figure I had may as well share it in case it'd help anyone else. Tell me if you find any mistakes (either from that guide being wrong or me messing up a copy/paste), and feel free to make any suggestions on ways to improve it!
EDIT: I added a sort of "shopping list" function that lets you select up to 8 skills so you can easily see all their names, needed levels, and the magatamas they come from in one place.
Hey, I found this really awesome Etsy listing at https://www.etsy.com/listing/803962170/magatama-custom-ace-attorney-necklace
This is my first time playing smt3 after playing 4 and apocalypse and the magatama system kinda confuses me, I want to make a physical MC but I cant find a good guide on the system or which ones to use? At this point I only have Marogareth,Wadatsumi, and Iyomante, I'm level 10 and currently inside the amala network
The first time I played Rivals I thought the counter were the kills, and the magatama were just helping you hinder the rivals. The second time I played I thought that the counter was the magatama you were supposed to hold (super confused by the fact that you have a limit on how much you can carry). The third time, it finally clicked.
So with this, a small advice to those who are still unsure what this mode is about: in order to progress you need to spend your magatama at the shrines. The counter tells you how many have been spent so far. Use them!
- Exploding Bodies [25 secs] (5 magatama)
- Poisonous Exploding Bodies [30 secs] (10 magatama)
- Attacking Spirit Dogs [spawns 4] (15 magatama)
- Dull Blades [25 secs] (10 magatama)
- Drain Enemies Ammo [Instant] (15 magatama)
- Eyes of Iyo [spawns 3, 20 secs] (15 magatama)
- Control a Hwacha towards rivals [15 secs] (15 magatama)
Just spitballing here, let me know your guys' thoughts and ideas!
So... I've planning to play HD Remaster cuz i played PS2 version before, but I got very important question regarding Magatama Skills.
My English ain't good, so please forgive me beforehand.
Last i played the PS2 version if i want Freikugel (fourth skill of Kailash) and never use Kailash before I need to level up four times even if my level is over 80 (level requirement for Freikugel). Atleast that's how I remember it when playing the PS2 version that translate the Raidou version to English.
My question is the Remaster (atleast switch version, if there are any difference) is the same? This is very important for strategizing my build.
Thank You in advance
i have naraku but i don't if that's the best
Credit goes to Honey Hunter for the original Chinese description. This material series talks about the beginnings of Inazuma and the motivations of Baal as an individual. Magatamas in real life are said to have the shape of a soul, and the Japanese character for jade sounds like the one for the soul (Tama). For a more thorough analysis and theory check out my post on r/Genshin_Lore.

"In the past, people would scale what is now called Yogo peak and carve the wood from trees struck by lightning into a magatama shape in order to give the thunder and lightning that struck across the sky a shape".
"This image eventually became the [Raiden-no-Mitsudomoe] emblem, symbolizing the blessing, wisdom, and power of the thunder, as well as the people who had all three traits."

"In Narukami's Bakufu there is the title of Bugyo, the executor and manager of all things".
"In the old stories of the yokai, the ones most loved by Shogun-denka would wear the curved magatamas as a protection charm; and the title of Bugyo was also taken from the phrase "To be happy and do happiness", so the ones who gained her favor would, in turn, give her love and loyalty".
"But from one point, everything changed".

... keep reading on reddit β‘I made it to where a girl will make you a magatama. She said a purity magatama but I can't find it in her crafting menu, and I can't progress the story until I make the right magatama. I would've posted in r/OnigiriMMO but there's nothing there and hardly any members
Or does just owning all of them count for masakado?
I just beat the Diet Building and I've finished the 5th Kalpa. I expected i would have come across them by now but still nothing. I want to get them all before I beat it, cause I must be right at the end by now.
Do yasakani magatama drop at Etherial quality, or is the only way to get them that penance stone thing? Asking because I am about halfway through DotW and have yet to see one.
