A list of puns related to "Mac Os X Panther"
I'm trying to install Mac OS X Panther in QEMU on a img file in qcow2 format, but the installation doesn't seem to be able to read it. It just goes blank, and no hard drive pops up. I've tried partitioning and erasing the disk but it gives me the exclamation point, albeit those were in raw format. But I don't think partitioning or erasing the disk in qcow2 format would help. Please help.
Iβm attending university this year in March so iβm being pressured by my parents to get a Macbook (I have been a laptop user). But iβve seen/heard that osu doesnβt really function well on Macbooks/mac but these reviews are pretty old.
Has anyone played osu on a mac recently? And is the performance on par with windows? Or are the previous issues still present?
Has anyone tried downloading and opening the Bitcoin Core software for their Mac OS X? (Version 22.0: bitcoin-22.0-osx-signed.dmg )? I can't find anything in the search results that mention this issue.
Like say, a 6400/200 or 6500/225, 250, 275 or 300? As long as you had enough RAM? Or is a minimum of a 604 chip needed to run Mac OS X via Xpostfacto/other hacks?
I have an iBook with OS X 10.4 installed and also need to install Mac OS 9.2.1. However when I boot to the installer and select the hard drive, it tells me that it can't be installed because a newer version is already installed.
I the disk was formatted with OS 9 disk drivers, and I have no intention of erasing the disk and spending the next three months waiting for my files to copy over USB 1.1.
How can I install Mac OS 9.2.1 alongside OS X without erasing the disk?
I wrote this post this weekend, it was really fun writing it (and using my iMac G4 to get the screenshots). Maybe more people from this sub will like it as well :)
Hi everyone hope youβre doing well I recently got some plug-ins from Analogue obsession. Iβm having trouble getting them to scan and open the way I see it I have two options. I can either scan them one at a time using reaper anyone know how to do this? Or I can enable allow from anywhere Iβve tried to do this using terminal commands on Big Sur is it hasnβt worked anybody know how to do this please? Thank you very much for your help everyone.
UPDATE:
OS X 10.0-10.9 done, post link here.
I was bored today and made these, except for the Big Sur and Monterey light mode ones. The Monterey dark mode one I just removed the background on the Monterey light mode one and moved the Giant over. I'm working on doing iOS 4-15 (because iPhone OS 1-3 didn't have wallpapers, just black backgrounds), and then maybe Windows too. My personal favorite is either Catalina dark mode or High Sierra.
Which is your favorite?
10.13 High Sierra. Look in the lake.
10.14 Mojave dark mode. Scott the Woz makes an appearance.

... keep reading on reddit β‘I have tried and tried to get internet on this thing but it just will not work, the only time I got internet was when I created one through OSX and the places I browsed were YouTube and Macintosh repository, after that NOPE no internet, not even with a airport card.
I have an old iMac that manages to run El Capitan 10.11.6. Well just about manages to run it. :)
I downloaded Studio 2.0 from the Bricklink site and it clearly says requires OS X 10.9 or higher. Great my old iMac will 'handle' this I thought.
However upon downloading and opening the application I get the following message:
"You can't use this version of the application "Studio" with this version of OS X. You have OS X 10.11.6. The application requires OS X 10.13 or higher.
I was a little surprised given the download page clearly states 10.9 of higher (which I have) or am I somehow missing something glaringly obvious (which is altogether possible)? :)
Any help would be appreciated. For instance, is there access to older versions at all?
This is my config.json file, I am basically using the command line instead of this at the moment, and it runs fine on an identical computer, however when I updated homebrew on one of my macs, it broke it and I'm now compiling the Linux way. Is there a way I can run ubuntu from the command shell or should this work? I've tried editing this file and filling in all known parameters to no avail, still get a connection issue. It runs the dev donate but then it loses connection to any pool. I couldn't copy and paste using nano or vim so I opened it with the Firefox browser. That's why it looks that way. My command line argument is
sudo ./xmrig -o stratum+tcp://mine.xmrpool.eu:5555 -u 881ksF2q8Joch8B5zpjddrJSJHXCF5kJuCyjFPPMF9aK2pL7yJoiXHE44xG6GPeWvV6DEtNyBLEACLeycCnvbQSHNMGZW1w+50000 -p dxr:myemail@hotmail.com -a rx/0
I've even tried setting it up with the xmrig wizard.

Iβm using a 2015 mba and a 2018 MBP. My work process is quite basic, mostly just emails and pdfs only and I wish to keep my 2015 mba if possible but one of the thing that Iβm happy with mac is the common note app between my two MacBooks, my iPhone and my iPad.
When they replace Monterey next year with another OS, will my 2015 MBA still be able to communicate with my 2018 mbp if it updates to the latest Mac OS?
I thought the /r/docker subreddit might find this project I just found interesting and wanted to share!
