A list of puns related to "Lymphatic"
I've been getting some crazy drainage from doing the exercises in this video. Donno if it's been posted already. I'm impressed by the fluid movement and will be doing it twice a day for the foreseeable future.

To be clear, I believe I have some kind of somatic T from allergies/inflammation. I have intermittent dizziness, ear fullness and eustachian tube clicking. No other hearing issues from all kinds of audiograms, hair cell tests etc.
Will report back if it changes anything. Certainly seems worth a shot and is free/seems safe

Whenever I see some kind of thematic set, whether it be elements, zodiacs, or in this case bodily systems, my completionist instincts naturally go into overdrive, even if it's just brainstorming magic or superpowers for no reason in particular. To be more specific, I'm slowly piecing together the concept for a tribe that mastered the art of enchanting parts of their body in the same way most magic societies would inanimate objects, and even the surgical techniques to allow entire bodily systems to be swapped out like computer parts.
It's always simple enough to come up with abilities involving most of the body systems. The skeletal, nervous, and cardiovascular systems are very symbolically potent, while the muscular, respiratory, reproductive, and digestive/urinary systems all have practical roles that can easily be adapted to interesting powers or effects.
The odd ducks out are the endocrine and lymphatic systems. They're just those two weird systems that everyone knows are important, but aren't really as eye-catching or intuitive as the others. Keeping their mechanics, purpose, and whatever symbolic significance they may have in mind, does anyone have any ideas for magical abilities based on the endocrine or lymphatic systems?
Iβve had a swollen lymph node for around 3-4 months now, and doctors Iβve been to thus far have been ignoring the issue and waving it away as a swollen salivary gland, despite it being bilateral and in different parts of the neck. Iβve tested negative for ongoing infections so itβs not that.
Can anyone recommend a good doctor? Thank you :)
my surgeon recommended it and i want to know how much it helped. my sides are still a little swollen and they feel lumpy and hard. how many weeks after your procedure did you do the massage? iβm 3 weeks po.
I'm asking because I don't have any lymph nodes in my right armpit, so I'm at risk for lymphedema in general. My fitness studio offers rebounding classes (which I tried and really liked!), but I don't know if that could be detrimental for me.
Hi all. I'm 2 and a half months post-DJS and have just seen recent pictures of myself that a friend took. Got a bit of a shock to be honest! I still look very puffy/lumpy at either side of my nose and jawline. I know it's not all in my head because my friend agreed π
I'm aware that swelling at this stage is still fairly common, but I want to get a lymphatic drainage massage from a pro to hopefully speed it up. Just wondering whether anyone did this at the 2-3 month mark? I don't want to risk doing damage if it's too soon.
