A list of puns related to "Musculature"
This is the second post written to discuss some of the specifics of training, potential potholes you may run into during your fitness journey and anything else that may help some of the repeat questions we get here in the sub. Disclaimer: This by no means is meant to be an end-all bible on the topics focused on in this series. Hip dips... is it bone structure? Fat distribution? Can you manipulate them?
First, I think we need to discuss what having a hip dip is in reference to as there are many different examples and reasons why there may be a dip at either the hip or what is actually the waist. The waist is the area of your midsection measured at the circumference of where your navel is. Medically, the term "hip" refers to an entire region of the body that includes the pelvis bone and the top of the femur of the leg. Aesthetically, the hips refer to the protrusion of the top of the femur bone that creates the curvature on the side of your body. Above that there is often a dip created by the gap between the top of the leg bone and the crest of the pelvis, specifically the iliac crest. Unfortunately, there isn't really any muscle there to gain or lose that would change the shape of that area significantly, but like most things there are a few caveats to this...
The musculature surrounding the hip can be manipulated to make the area appear different in shape no matter the hormonal status of the person training. For example, it is possible for a cis male to create curves like a woman as it is for a cis female to visibly hide the size of their hips by building the musculature around that area.
Female masculinization
*both of these examples are extremes but these are examples of what is physically achievable over time.
Notice it's building muscle and not losing fat that achieves this look as muscle is shapeable, it is possible to sculpt muscle. Fat does not hold these qualities and really the shape is only

I discovered this song on Spotify while in a late-night study session a couple years ago. I may have been listening to lo-fi music or some alternative R&B / indie stuff. I am mainly seeking the artwork and not the song. She may have been pulling her face off herself or it was already off, I do not remember.
Hey All,
I put together a Musculature reference sheet of the upper and lower limbs, I've been using it to study Anatomy for an upcoming unit at Uni.
I plan to finish the rest of the body over the coming weeks.
You can press the filter button on excel and isolate different groups based on their primary action, vertebral levels and layers.
If its useful to you that's good :)
He specifically relates what he's talking about here to Aikido in the later part of the video. Otsuka's father, FWIW, was friendly with Morihei Ueshiba.

From the video description:
The power of the inner muscles to improve your KARATE! WADO-RYU Grandmaster Hironori Otsuka
Wado-Ryu boasts a rich history of its own and has evolved as a unique style of Budo. It incorporates a mix of Ju-Jutsu and elements of Ken-Jutsu and Okinawan Karate, distinguishing itself from other Karate styles.
The third grandmaster of Wado Ryu, Hironori Otsuka, showed us his unique analysis of kata, which focuses on improving the body's internal strength through kata and using it to power techniques.
In this video, the grandmaster explains Kushanku, a form that is representative of Shuri-te.
I know its a comic, but it seems like he's always immediately ready to go ham on an opponent. Wouldn't it be like, "Ok! Here we go... holdup... no just... wait... oh, ok there we go. . . Let's do this Leeeeerrrroooooy....."
Also, by choosing one you give up the other completely: meaning if you go the route of video games you will forever be a stick or out of shape and vice versa having the strength/muscle means no video games ever.
Am i the only one who thinks red hood is too much pumped?like in the other games he isnt pumped so much or at all
'It's certainly psychosomatic,' continued the doctor, 'merely caused by anxiety, common within the patients here.'
