A list of puns related to "Lowlander"
My great-great-great grandparents had some fuzzy recollection of being registered with a Highland clan in some way, in the post-revivalist era, but otherwise, my family lived near Glasgow. My great grandparents spoke Scots, not Gaelic, and they didn't own kilts. They came over to the US, but not much was passed down.
In the last few years, my family has become very excited about Highland Games festivals, but am I just living some Americanized Highland-pride farce?
If I can't be sure of where my family is from and can't prove membership with a Highland clan, and don't have any way to verify a Celtic genetic heritage, is it wrong to dress and speak like someone who is sure of these things?
I would love to hear what others think, and if this is the wrong sub, let me know and I'll remove this post-haste!
Phoenix is the best character to perform the tp trick with a molly cuz of these 2 main reasons:
1)His molly does fast damage(faster than others besides brim's) so if it lands at the enemy's feet it requires less aim to be effective
2)If there is a sage wall you wont get hurt when the molly goes backwards at you as its a healing molly.
the first one can also apply to brim as he has the fastest dmg molly in the game and viper for her vulnerable effect which if you land a shot does a lot of dmg
the second can be applied to someone like kj who has an activated molly
but i only see pheonix with both these attributes making him more suitable for this trick with mollies
Also without molly i'd say jett since her smokes can block enemy LOS in hookah while you shoot them if you can make the smoke envelope enemies
Any lander who thinks throwing 2 lights and a heavy. And never even thinking about OS makes you a highlander then your wrong kid. Your a damn lowlander having to stoop so low. The highlander species is going extinct. We need to burn these posers.

LORE:
Before Lowlander got his Radiant Powers he was the keeper of a large tank of "Lowlander fish" in an aquarium, when the First Light event happened, a shard of exposed Radianite fell into the tank, Lowlander was feeding the goldfish when the Radianite exploded in the water, after the smoke cleared, there was no water in the tank and the only things when near the explosion were a few hundred goldfish flopping on the floor, and Lowlander with water particles swirling around him, he didn't notice and quickly grabbed bags to scoop the dying goldfish off the ground. Soon after this incident, Killjoy notified Brimstone and Viper about the new Radiant in the Netherlands.

feel free to comment suggestions! This took way too long :)
An oxymoron.
I loved playing the Ultima games on PC, and loved the Gurk series and Lowlander series games. I'm looking for something fun along the RPG quest, and exploration aspects of the Ultima games. Any suggestions are welcome.
Rock and presumably other Horneaters, consider the others living below as "Airsick". Initially I thought that was just a joke, but after having read Arcanum Unbound, I saw that Roshar supposedly has a higher oxygen content than the Cosmere standard. This makes me believe that up on the peaks the Horneaters actually get the same oxygen levels as the rest of cosmere. Though I do doubt that leads to any stupidity on the part of the lowlanders though :)
As for the worldhoppers though, it makes it seem like a good thing that the perpendicularly is on the Horneater peaks as when they reach Roshar they can acclimate better as they slowly descend into more oxygen.
Wonder if any worldhoppers have yet complained about the high oxygen content though. Also, is the oxygen content in Cognitive Realm equal to the corresponding point in the physical realm, and what's the oxygen content in the place between planets
So I've read through the series twice now. And something I'm wondering is this. What are the distinctions of abilities between Sky Breakers and Wind Runners?
I understand the difference in oaths; with sky breakers swearing ideals to the law, and windrunners to protect, but other than ideals functionally they seem the same, with the ability of surge binding to affect gravitational pulls.
Other than the overlay between lightweavers and elsecallers being able to soul cast, all other orders have abilities unique to them. Is this an intentional thing? Have I missed some link between these to orders of radients? Or am I just being dense and do certain orders just have the same set of surges?
(tagged oathbringer because that's the best look at sky breaker abilities I've seen. Haven't read edgedancer or any other cosmere books to clarify)
