K2 Puns

Hi, I've read a lot of recommendations on here as to why Vit K2 is necessary in conjunction with Vit D. Otherwise, calcification in arteries/kidneys could occur.

My problem is that Vit D supplementation is used to get it to adequate levels and K2 is not readily found in 99% of foods.

How did we historically not suffer from calcification as people spent a lot of time in the sun and had adequate Vit D and didn't get the required Vit K2?

I'm new to supplements and I just searched this subreddit for Vitamin D3 and you're supposed to take it with vitamin K2 and Magnesium glycinate, right?

I plan to find an all-in-one pill that has Vitamin D3, K2, and Magnesium Glycinate unless anyone else here has a better recommendation?

I'm truly lost here and would appreciate any helpful advice, thank you!

I’m really loving the new engine in this game. Graphics look much better. Loving the new inventory and the new Stats system. The inventory is much more expanded. Even the UI is much pleasant visually. All of it makes me overlook the 30fps

I also ordered krill oil because it's allegedly better than fish oil, and also B-complex because it includes a full day RDA of B12 which is the only B-vitamin that this sub recommends.

I am very thankful for this community and I just want feedback if there's anything else I need to be taking as just a regular guy in his 30's who wants more energy during the day.

Lastly, is it okay if I take everything all at once or am I supposed to take Magnesium only at night?

He doesn't trust Jyn at first, then grows to respect her, and in the end sacrifices himself for the cause.

I know that everyone around here recommends this, but I looked it up on the Internet and there are no scientific studies that support the need to add those.

I also found this article https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/vitamin-d-and-vitamin-k#TOC_TITLE_HDR_5 Which basically says there are no proofs at this moment that vitamin d is harmful without k2. I am worried that I could overdose k2 as I am not sure how much I get from food, and this can lead to other issues.

With magnesium is every blurrier. Thoughts?

Or would they best be taken if separate? I know the Vitamin D+K2 should always be together and preferably in the morning as it may disrupt sleep, and the magnesium at night as it can aid sleep.

Or do studies show the supplements are best taken together?

A personal favorite piston when weight isn't an issue. Great durability, but toss the head.

These are just SHS 12:1s branded under Rocket. Works great. The used ones are from guns I took down to turn into HPA builds. They are all in great shape. Might be a bit greasy.

Taken out of Specna Edges, these are all SHS/ZCI oem parts. Despite being from a stock gun, all of the bits are considered "aftermarket" with the exception of the tappet and cylinder. A great deal to revive or spice up some basic M4s with worse internals.

Hey all, I’m a progressing intermediate skier in my 40’s, grew up snowboarding, took up skiing when my kids started 5 years ago. Last year I bought a set of mindbender 99’s which feel good in many situations, but on fast twitch terrain like moguls can be very challenging to move. In full disclosure, I’ve never been good at moguls or fast twitch terrain, and am actively trying to learn.

So maybe this isn’t a gear question, but the options I see:

1. Take lessons, get better
2. Buy a lighter and/or narrower set of skis
3. Give up and take up knitting

Thoughts?

I need to get my car towed because it won’t start, I’m parked in the underground lot and there’s no signs anywhere before or inside the garage that say the clearance height and my insurance won’t come tow or jump unless they know the height. Can someone help/does anyone know where I could find this info? It’s not on my parking contract, not in the garage, and they won’t answer emails or calls.

Hi there, I’m trying to decide between the FR1 skates and the K2 Uptown’s. I’m going to be primarily doing urban skating, but I’m split between these 2 skates specifically being of the differences of the raised heel in the FR1s vs the flat heels in the Uptown’s.

For some context, I do a lot of physical movement type training which involves centering my weight on the entire foot, as opposed to keeping them on the balls of my feet, so I feel naturally centered over the entire foot equally. I also hate wearing shoes with heels on them, because of how they make my ankles feel… because I’m so used to wearing and moving in flat soles shoes, my ankles, feet and legs feel weak when my heels are lifted, and my mobility is affected by this, so I’m a bit concerned that the same thing might happen with raised heel skates.

Would I be right to assume that skates like the FR1 have an effect like wearing a high heel, where heel is raised and your weight and center of gravity is shifted forward onto the balls of your feet? How does this affect ankle stability and general mobility?

Another point I’ve learned is that while I’ve heard people in inline skating say that a raised heel boot puts you in a forward leaning position and you can get more speed with the athletic lean, speed skaters in ice skating wear flat heeled ice skates, and coaches have mentioned that this is because they provide more power for going faster. There seems to be some inconsistencies in the philosophies of what skates allow you to go faster.

Anyway, I’d love to hear the various pros and cons of raised heel vs flat heeled skates, specifically for general urban skating, a little jumping around.

Let's say the alien civilization has not reach k2(high k1) or for whatever reason had not build a Dyson swarm and is not actively broadcasting its existence. How would we find such a civilization? What do you think are the odds of there being a bunch of mid k1 civilizations out there we are just not seeing?

So, I was playing a Krastorio 2 game, launched the rocket, then thought to try K2 + Space exploration. Just started putting together my first furnace line, and used a yellow loader to load the Iron Plates into an Iron Chest and it doesn't work. They worked just fine in the plain K2 game, so what gives? Anyone have any Idea why they aren't working anymore and what I can do to fix them?

Is this a decent design? I tried using the beacon to cover everything and they all have lvl 3 modules (lvl 4's require a lot more items). It produces around 1200 per minute using the basic recipe (haven't tried enriched ores yet).

They’re both the same price for the Denali flightseeing tour and glacier landing. Both have good reviews online. Seems like Talkeetna Air Taxi uses mostly larger 10 seater planes whereas K2 has a range of plane types with most of them being smaller. Not sure if one plane type is better or worse in terms of the overall experience, safety, turbulence, enjoyment, etc. If anyone has experience or recommendations (positive or negative) I would definitely appreciate it.
