I have a lot of strong opinions about domestic US issues, and I've been able to rely on proven & trusted sources of information to form those opinions over the years. However I do find myself to be pretty damn uninformed when it comes to the Israel-Palestine conflict.
I understand there's a very long and highly complex history in the region. I've tried reading up on it before, but it feels like every event you read about has dozens of preceding events you need to learn about first, and the process repeats exponentially. Not to be flippant but it feels a bit like jumping into the middle of season 9 of a TV show and not having any clue what the fuck is going on.
The only thing I can consistently identify is horrific, gut-wrenching violence. I assume that this is likely not a binary issue of "X is right and Y is wrong," but I would like to get a better understanding of why this is happening. This 6-year old Reddit comment is one of the better and more succinct takes I've ever heard, but that comes from a non-Arab Israeli so maybe there's some implicit bias.
So TL;DR: can anyone recommend any good articles, books, podcasts, documentaries, etc. that you feel have given you a well-informed opinion on the subject?
Note: I understand that there's not going to be any universally agreed upon definition of "unbiased" when it comes to a topic that involves things like genocide, sovereign rights, anti-semitism, human rights violations, and Islamophobia, but anything that just lays out the most relevant information as clinically as possible is preferred.
Is this a path you would consider suggesting to , let's say, a college freshman (soon to be sophomore) who's kind of a nerd and interested in the field but as little to no experience?
Events of March 19 (IMO) I am close to 60 years of age, hold degrees in economics, finance and accounting, so numbers are what they are to me. I have been trading and investing over 20 years on a daily basis and have a pretty solid bank of experience with regard to the stock market, So what happened on Friday March 19?
A couple of obvious points, early on there was a coordinate effort to drop the stock price toward $13 a share. That failed because of the amount of buying pressure that was put on the dive down in price. By 10 am it was apparent that the stock was not dropping below $13.50 a share and the line was drawn at $14.00 by what appears to have been a massive coordinated effort by several investment firms. As an avid watcher of levels 2 and 3 with regard to the stocks I have an interest in, this is the first and only time I can recall seeing 8-10 market makers all in unison controlling the ask price of a ticker. Like a professional dance company all of them moved in unison on the ask. Up a penny, down a half penny, etc etc and all within milliseconds of each other. This dance continued for hours on end, never allowing the price to run up.
At close, these market makers all hit the bid with over 40 million shares. My question, where did all those shares come from and where did they go on the bid.
We will never be able to prove any illegal activity regardless of what happened at the end of the day yesterday. The SEC sure as hell isn't going to look into anything. Remember, it is the hedge funds that are accusing us of manipulating the stock price, which is not true at all because we all love the stock, and I love the company. Been going to the theaters since they used 16mm reels and Dolby systems did not exist.
OK. So what is the read into everything Well. first and foremost, it was an act of desperation by the hedge funds. They pretty much announced to the world that they know they are screwed on this one and no longer care what tactics they use in their efforts to minimize their upcoming losses. Second, as all of those shares were being sold between 13.90 and 14.02 how many are now in the hands of apes? Of those how many are real shares and how many naked shares will they need to add to the piles of failure to deliver shares, naked shares and the over 187000 call options that expired ITM yesterday? In a nut shell, I think they dug a deeper hole than even they can climb out of.
Now more than ever here I am determined to keep buying and wil

This is well beyond Senna crit guinsoo's broken and also has to do with haywire calculations. I've written a full explanation so you can get an understanding of this insanity.
TL;DR - Pantheon breaks lethality calculations and does beyond true damage to nearly all targets.
----------------------
Right now, people build Pantheon all wrong. They go eclipse, cleaver, and other bruiser items as well as going concqueror because he can quickly stack it. To be clear, this is still a good build, but it actually has some major mathematical flaw relating to armor penetration order of operations.
The way armor pen is calculated in League is in four steps:
Flat changes stack additively and percent changes stack multiplicatively. What does that mean? It means that if you have two instances of reducing or penetrating through 100 armor by 10 and10, you have 100 - 10 - 10 = 80. However, if you have two instances of 10%, you have 100 x 0.9 x 0.9 = 81. What happens is that the percent changes decrease the effectiveness of the next percent instance. If I have Pantheon's 30% pen passive and Serylda's Grudge of 30% pen, the resulting pen is 49% instead of the expected 60%. If you also throw in an Eclipse, which should have 16% pen, you only get 41%. That's Awful!
Currently, people think since Pantheon has armor pen build in, you should lean into getting more. This is entirely wrong. Armor penetration % by being calculated before lethality, actually should be paired with the flat penetration of lethality. Whereas armor % pen reduces the efficiency of the next instance of their %, it INCREASES the effectiveness of flat pen by that amount. Actually, because armor is logarithmic, it increases the effectiveness of lethality exponentially.
To be exact, Pantheon's 30% innate armor penetration increases the effectiveness of Lethality by 42.8%
Now let's get into the build....
This build with Sudden Impact will give you 30% armor penetration and 84 lethality (or 72 at the lowest). What this means is that you will do TRUE DAMAGE to anyone at or below 120 armor (103 at the lowest).
Prowler's Claw also comes with a bada

For anyone who doesn't want to read the whole thing, here are the main takeaways:
Occurrence of undesirable outcomes such as miscarriage or preterm birth occurred in similar percentages between pregnant women who had the vaccine as in those who didn't have it.
Most of their data comes from people who were vaccinated in their third trimester. As those vaccinated in the first trimester have not yet given birth, data is currently inconclusive on whether the timing of the vaccine has any bearing on possible negative effects.

Hello,
I'm just finally taking crypto serious this year. I'm a successful stock investor but, find the fundamentals confusing for crypto. Where can I find some good free or inexpensive information on Crypto Fundamentals and Altcoin Cycles? and I'm looking for how to find cryptos that actually move an don't just stay flat for many days.
I need more of information for Cryptocurrency Day Trading & On Mastering Altcoins.
I got the 2nd dose of the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine.
Tuesday 5pm to 11:30 pm fine.
7:30am Headache, Fatigue
10:30 Fever at 100. Joint Pain. Muscle Pains. Nausea. Mostly just really, really tired. It sucked. Not gonna lie!
Lots of liquids. Good clean food, healthy juices and hydration packets. Tons of Rest. Two ibuprofen. Still felt awful. Went to bed really sore.
Thursday 7:15am: Felt like I just won a major battle and now I have superpowers. Went on a 3 mile walk, lifted weights, not tired.
Friday 12:30pm: I feel completely back to normal.
I did it for my community, my friends. my family... my Mom a 2x kidney transplant patient and currently a kidney Dialysis patient. She is refusing to get the vaccine and flat out told me not to get the 2nd dose. She was MAD when she saw I got the first dose.
According to this article, kidney transplant patients have a 20% higher chance of dying from a COVID-19 infection. https://www.texastribune.org/2021/03/30/pandemic-kidney-dialysis-texas/
By getting the vaccine you aren't only protecting yourself - you are protecting others. In the same way that wearing a mask isn't just for you but also for others who are at a higher risk of infection.
Here's some Myths I found about COVID-19 and Vaccines.
I feel that I have to share them because I have seen far too much misinformation about COVID floating around the internet. These are legitimate sources.

Sorry I Am Not Tech Savvy.....A Real Luddite
Is it some Kony 2012 shit or should I be concerned about eating seafood?
Crypto is interesting and Iβd like to learn more about the technologies behind it and the different coins, and if it makes sense to use it as part of the infrastructure in my own projects.
However 80% of info on this stuff isnβt interesting to me and itβs a slog to go through, I try to search for a comparison between coins and all I find is which one people think is more likely to βmoonβ or other market info and memery, is there any place you would recommend for learning about the details of crypto and the technical aspects of it that isnβt centred around it as an investment?
