A list of puns related to "Indian Astrology"
Indian parents and astrology are matches made in hell.
My mom told my brother that he won't get his dream job because some stupid astrologer check his kundli and said that.
Can you believe that? Where is logical thinking?
Coming from a Hindu Brahmin family, it's hell when you don't believe in all these.
Ever had these experiences?
After astrology fails in the double blind test, astrology supporters always say it was the limitation of astrologers who participated in the test. Read how perfectly it is proved that - it is the limitation of astrology itself and nothing else. The proof is based on Indiaβs first empirical test of Vedic astrology. I'm an amateur astrologer who studied South Indian astrology. I would like to make predictions to expand my knowledge and experience on astrology . Those who you are interested share your DOB and POB or Horoscope chart in south Indian style. Trust me its fun π
This article narrates the story of first empirical test of Indian astrology, at the scale. This work is continuation of the research published in Skeptical Inquirer by Narlikar et al on double blind test of Indian astrology where none of the astrologers could perform better than chance, that is 50 percent.
In any double-blind experiment however, particularly when the outcome is negative, an ambiguity is created by raising a question whether the results are due to limitations of astrology or astrologers. Against this backdrop, the empirical test performed by authors of the articles perfectly clarifies how it is the limitation of astrology and not the astrologers, that is responsible for the failure. A must read..

In Western astrology I have my North Node in Scorpio and my South Node in Aries, but in my Indian chart I have Rahu (north node) in Taurus and Ketu (south node) in Scorpio?
Whats the difference between vedic Indian astrology and western astrology and which technique is more accurate? If the birth chart says that something is going to happen then can we prevent that from happening?
My grandpa can read them because he was taught when he was younger, but I feel like this skill is dying out or becoming very niche. As βfakeβ as it may be, I still think itβs interesting!
Can anyone here read them?
So Iβm a Taurus (sun) according to western astrology and I could never identify with being a Taurus. I did a natal chart and everything and still felt like things werenβt right.
Well Iβm Indian American and recently decided to explore more about Vedic astrology. Iβm shocked! According to this system, I am a Scorpio (moon). So many things are starting to make sense now.
A few questions: Has anyone else had this experience? How did you make sense of it? How did you begin your journey into Indian astrology (I only speak English and many of the resources arenβt in English from what Iβve seen)
Also I see the rules say no posts about yourself. I am mainly trying to ask if other people have had this experience, I only included my personal background as context. Please let me know if I should rephrase/repost this. Thanks.
