A list of puns related to "Gas Fixture"

I have an outdoor gas fixture and I noticed that it recently went out. Is it dangerous to leave it out? Also, how do I reignite it?
Sorry if Iβm using horrible terminology to explain my issue LOL.
I normally can't hear because helmet, but today I'm walking and it's audible from probably 30-50 feet away...
Edit: TIL this is normal behaviour for gas line fixtures.
I am replacing the old faucets in my home. I've replaced 3/4 of the bathroom sinks, and those 3 all have the distinct smell of sewer gas escaping when I run some water down the drain now. When I remove the trap, it's definitely full of water, so I'm not sure how gas is coming back up. I'm definitely no plumbing expert, but I don't see how swapping out the sink flange and reconnecting to the trap would cause them to do this.
Old faucets were all Moen, new ones are all Delta. Attached pictures of the "Old" and "New" fixtures from under the sink.
Any tips on what could be going on would be greatly appreciated.
I'm installing a new ceiling fan, and it came with wires a couple of feet longer than the downrod I'm using with it. Assuming they fit under the bezel, is there any reason why I shouldn't leave them long so that the fan can more easily be salvaged and reused in a place with higher ceilings in the future?
Just wanted to post about an oddity I've dealt with at my 1920s house. What you're looking at is a capped off gas line run to the ceiling of my dining room. Those are also last remaining knob and tube circuit run in my home, not sure if this was original to the house, or added at a later point( I assume original, as adding K&T later would be very destructive).
I was in for a huge shock the first time I went to change a light fixture, a 20 minute job ended up taking a couple hours and a lot swearing. I discovered that not only are there gas lines run wherever there is a light fixture, but also stubs on the floor where gas heaters used to be. Later figured out that these still were hooked into the main line down in the basement.
I've gone back now and capped the lines in the basement, and as I've replaced lights in the house, pulled the stubs out so they're not sticking proud of the wall or ceiling surface.
Just a little something I'd thought the sub might appreciate!
Pretty much title says it all. I have two fireplaces in complete disrepair. I have no idea how to start and very limited money. When it rains, water comes in a small but steady stream. It's and old stone and mortar house. Built in 1947.
For sale or trade is a lightly used 30" Aqueon LED Aquarium Light Fixture with 3 rows of LED strips. Works great. Would like to sell for $20 + shipping, will consider trades for plants or livestock (would love some ghost shrimp or Harlequin Rasboras).
