I picked up some GG4, Designer Runtz and Sour Chillz from Smyth and all three of them were great out of the box. All had great bag appeal (especially the Runtz) and smelled GREAT, and I was very happy with my purchase. I noticed when I smoked a joint of the Runtz it literally would not stay lit unless you were holding a lighter up to it or pulling smoke through it and it was also burning really dark ash... I didn't think the taste translated as well as I thought it would but it wasn't nasty per se
Do you think I just got a bad batch or have any of you guys experienced anything similar from Smyths products?

I just wanted to let everyone know I've gotten instant results from her subs and I honestly regret not using her for the longest time. I could not recommend her enough, and I don't even have to listen for that long, just a one or a couple listens gets me results : )

I've owned my EQ for two years, and during that time it has been my daily driver.
After about a year of steady whip use, I decided to fire up the mini whip and balloon combo again. The first session or two with the balloon was great, but the third took a turn.
After I prepared the cyclone bowl, set the temperature to 220Β°C and turned the fan on (lowest speed), I went into the adjacent room for a minute while the bag inflated. Upon returning, the bag was filled with thick, yellowish 'vapor'. It had been awhile since I'd used the bag, so just thought "odd colour, but damn it looks thick!" and pulled it back.
Urp! It was a throwback to pulling bag-lungs in my teens. I exhaled and coughed. Looking over at the cyclone bowl, it was completely ashed. I had never had this happen before, and was taken aback!
It happened again tonight, about a week after the first event. This time, I was sitting next to the EQ and turned it off once I saw flames in the bowl.. the whole tower felt super hot.
For what it's worth, I was using different strains each time it happened (organically grown, from my own garden)
Has anyone else had this experience? It's making me a bit apprehensive about using my EQ, which is a real shame.
