Is there any place I can watch the series Cauchemar en Cuisine with English subtitles?

Hey i'm a big fan of shows in the vein of Kitchen Nightmares and when I heard there was a French version I was intrigued, anyway I was just wondering if there was any place to watch this show that has English subtitles for it? Just curious.

Americans of English heritage: do you still maintain English traditions like celebrating English holidays and eating English cuisine the same way Americans of Irish, Italian or Greek Americans do?

English cuisine is horrible

Everything "edible" in the "traditional" english cuisine is either completely bland, tastes horrible or feels just wrong.

Lets start with tea... the way they prepare it is an insult to the noble tea plant. They brew it way to loong put in way too much sugar.. and milk on top as well, though thatยดs not the part that is too bad. Tea with milk can be okay on some occasions.. but they put it in to make it remotely drinkable. It would be too bitter without it.

Fish and chips; glorified, oily, way too salty dish that has been done much better pretty much anywhere else in the world. It can taste good, but overall itยดs neither creative, has no complex and interesting taste. Itยดs just fried and salted stuff.

Black pudding. Now that stuff can taste absolutely amazing.. but I have not had any good black pudding in england. Maybe their recepie is a little different from the one we have in germany, or I was just unlucky.

English breakfast. Who the hell eats such heavy food for breakfast? Each component on itยดs own does taste good, but to me it feels completely out of place for breakfast.

All the pies... itยดs basically the same thing all over again, with different types of meat. Not saying itยดs tastes bad, but after eating it a couple of times youยดre pretty much done with it. Itยดs the same greasy, salty stuff over and over again... just like most warm meals. They lack proper seasoning.

The only redeming food for the english people would be their cakes... but bakerys all over the world can make good ones.

Information about Saudi Arabian cuisine in English

I am really interested in traditional and regional Saudi Arabian cuisine given the historical depth and richness of Saudi Arabia and its pivotal geographical location amidst 3 continents. Not to mention the ancient trade routes across both land and sea etc.

My Arabic is not as great as I would like it to be so if someone could be helpful translating this Wikipedia Arabic article about Saudi Arabian cuisine into English, I would highly appreciate it.

Good English cookbooks for Shandong/Zhejiang/Fujian cuisine?

Hey guys,
I've been slowly getting into Chinese cooking more and more the past year and want to find some cookbooks for specific Chinese cuisines rather than generic recipes. I'm interested in Shandong, Zhejiang and Fujian cuisine as I'm in Sydney, Australia and love the idea of cooking with fresh seafood.

Problem is, I don't speak a lick of Chinese and don't really have the time to learn as I'm a full-time student. Are there any good English cookbooks/web pages out there for these specific provinces? I know they're all part of the Eight Great Traditions so thought that maybe they would be more popular.

Any advice would be appreciated :)

TIL that during the Norman rule of England, the French language influenced English tremendously. Most of it were related to posh topics, notably cuisine. The words 'cow', 'pig', and 'sheep' are of Saxon origin, but the words 'beef', 'pork', and 'mutton' are of French origin. thedailymeal.com/eat/why-โ€ฆ
