There have been references to 1983. Last night they played if 6 was 9. First set had 6 songs and second set had 9 songs. Hendrix has a song called 1983 ( a merman I should turn to be) on his final album. This album also includes voodoo Chile. (Trey will rip this song!).
They could totally pull it off and itβs such an incredibly interesting album.
Hello,
My husband and I are very interested in unique, different and fun interactive spots like the above mentioned. We have been searching and have found Youseum so far - does anyone have any other recommendations for this type of activity?
Thank you v much

Iβm back at it again with a weird want. Iβm sorry to be blunt about it but I really donβt know how else to describe the cover. I think itβs a cool cover and better than the alternate. I would just like to have it for my copy. I tried going to discogs but they donβt exactly have a titty filter. I have no clue how much these go for so have no clue what to ask for. Letβs just say I currently have $40 on a gift card i want to get rid of. If these are too expensive I might not get one. I hope yβall can help me!
Specifically more guitar orientated.
Just want to see if itβs worth it. Is this a decent quality pressing?
Hey folks,
Due to lack of employment I unfortunately have to part with this gem. Up for sale is an early 70s UK Polydor Records pressing of Electric Ladyland - of course with the famous 'naked ladies' cover.
Sleeve is strongest VG to entry VG+: overall quite clean, has a "Jem Records" import sticker on cover, a few very mild lines in laminate, as well as some very minor wear on bottom seam inside gatefold. Happy to send pictures if requested.
Record is VG++: very clean with virtually no surface wear. There is one exception to this: the opening track of side A has a scratch which causes ticks that fade away around the beginning of track 2. Aside from this the rest of side A, and all other sides, play spectacularly - I noticed minimal to virtually zero background noise, even in the quieter passages (a good clean may elevate even further). This album sounds awesome - great dynamics and stereo separation - an excellent mastering & pressing all around.
Asking $90 + $4 shipping to CONUS; I will cover insurance. I'm happy to offer a full refund if the album isn't to your satisfaction, I only ask that the buyer pays return shipping and that the record arrives back to me in the condition I sent it.
In October 1968 Electric Ladyland was released in the UK & US - tribute to Jimi is my rendition of All Along The Watchtower https://youtu.be/sT4n37TEZ9w

I listened to EL on the peak. I think I can die a happy man now.
I'm pretty sure I tuned into a different frequency at certain points during Voodoo Chile.
Jimi was not of this world. I mean some of those solos felt like they were tearing a hole through the sky for inter-dimensional aliens to join us.
Words are wholly inadequate. Speechless. Breathless.
Where do I go from here?
