Day 11(for real this time)! Ass load of chickpea salad, dolmas, vitamins and seltzer, beet kvass (tastes like shit), monster, and a delectable Aldi brand rice krispie treat. I couldn't finish the chickpea salad so I ate a handful of cashews to fill the calorie gaps. Almost to the 2 week mark!!
I'm trying to eat more plant based and vegetarian meals. Tonight, I present to you a falafel salad with quinoa dolmas, tabbouleh, cucumbers, tomatoes and goddess dressing! Delicious and filling!
