A list of puns related to "Descry"
Excerpts from the book "Peril" by Bob Woodward and Robert Costa reveals the absolute rage of Trump over his loss of election that Miley describes as a serious mental decline and he feared Trump may go rough based on his erratic behavior.
Miley, the nationโs highest-ranking military officer also gathered commanders in a secret meeting to remind them of the safeguards in the nuclear launch procedures. He said he must be notified if such an order came; he asserted it was a part of the procedure. No matter what you are told, I am a part of the Procedure.
In a call with Pelosi, a day after the attack on the Capitol Pelosi called to express concerns to Miley "You know he's crazy. He's been crazy for a long time." She wanted to know what Miley was doing to protect the country. Miley said there are guard rails, Pelosi was saying look at the riots...what guard rails. Miley told Pelosi he agreed with all her concerns and Miley tried to reassure Pelosi that the nuclear weapons were safe.
"Peril" also refers to Mike Pence, who reaches out to Dan Quale for advice on how to handle the pressure he had been placed under by Trump to overturn the election. Quale told him you have no flexibility, you must do your duty of certification.
Mileyโs secret actions such as the back channel with China; Generals and officials was not revealed to Trump; leading Rubio to demand he step down.
Was Miley just doing his duty to safeguard the country or did he cross the line in the actions he took without telling the then president?
There are three decentralized applications to operate on Wibson, one for each type of participant, which enable them to follow the entire protocol previously described.
4.1 Data Seller dApp
With this decentralized app, the Data Seller may perform any of the following on-chain
operations:
โ Listen to new Data Orders placed on the blockchain.
โ Accept Data Orders with a new signed Data Response.
โ Check if a Data Response was approved, i.e. selected to be bought.
โ Receive a payment for the sold data.
โ Keep track of the token balance in the wallet.
As well as carry out the following off-chain operations:
โ Store locally the data owned.
โ Integrate with external data sources such as social networks, other devices and so on.
โ Send the data to the buyers public URL when it corresponds
โ Send Data Responses to the buyers public URL when the user wants to sell.
4.2 Data Buyer dApp
With this decentralized app, the Data Buyer may perform any of the following on-chain
operations:
โ Place new Data Orders on the blockchain, specifying in each one of them the wanted
audience, as well as the rest of the information stated in Section 3.3.
โ Add to the contract the Data Responses that he or she is willing to buy.
โ Pay the Seller for the data.
โ Pay the fee to a Notary.
โ Keep track of the token balance in the wallet.
โ Sign transactions.
As far as off-chain operations are concerned, the dApp also:
โ Provides an API which the user may expose publicly in order to receive Data
Responses or data itself.
โ Keeps track and shows the status for every Data Order placed and Data Responses
received.
4.3 Notary dApp
With this decentralized app, the Notary may perform any of the following on-chain operations:
โ Agree to act as Notary when requested by Data Buyer.
โ Sign transactions.
โ Keep track of the status of every transaction in which the notary is involved.
โ Receive the fee for every arbitration done.
โ Keep track of the token balance in the wallet.
As well as carry out the following off-chain operations:
โ Be notified when a challenge was requested either by the Data Buyer or the Data
Seller.
โ Validate the information.
Sign audit results.
Note: Notaries have a public profile with public โseller acceptance rulesโ. If a Data Seller
chooses to use a certain Notary, he is accepting implicitly that he is eligible to be notarized. If it
is not, the Notary may automatically judge against him. For example: if a Data Seller is sell
Ever since the 3.0 trailer was released I've been thinking about what the different Descrys (symbols) mean and who they represent.
the bloody X obviously represent Kitava and he will most likely be the main antagonist of the game, but after that it starts to get interesting...
The Caesar-like persona that is worshipped by the Templar order is Innocence marked by the symbol |<>|
Innocence is the (twin?) brother of Sin marked with |<'>| (the winged dude from the pantheon)
Sin and Innocence is depicted in the glass window-scenes in the trailer, and if you read into them it is obvious that Innocence is blaming Sin for his own wrongdoing and that Sin finally snaps and attacks Innocence for which (and probably for other things he did not do) he is burned at the stake. Somewhere in the middle of the glass window-scenes Innocence's eyes goes from blue to red (maybe just implicating that everyone had the wrong idea about him and Sin)
Edit (as pointed out by Syreniac): Sin and Innocence is depicted in the glass window-scenes in the trailer where Sin has blue eyes and Innocence red, at the panel where "Innocence" is burned at the stake his eyes are closed and he has probably swapped place with Sin since from that point onward "Sin"(who is actually Innocence) is depicted with burning red eyes.
Furthermore we also have a statue of "Fake Sin" slaying Kitava, something he probably never did but I'll get back to that later.
The main Descry of divinity is |<|>| and represents Hinekora and it can be found on "allies cannot die" totems and divines shrines among others, this is because Hinekora is literally Death (as can be seen on Death's Hand flavour text) and thus can control who dies or not.
We meet Sin in the later acts as a quest-giving NPC, he was killed and has probably been sent back by Hinekora to guide us.
So anything that dies gets sent to Hinekoras domain and might actually explain why Kitava was bound as The Beast under the mountain rather then killed, since Kitava did not want him in his domain.
>Hinekora bound Kitava to a rock that Kitava could not lift with all his might. Kitava vowed that when he broke free, he would devour every soul in Hinekora's domain.
But we just killed The Beast in Act 4 and it is described as "rotting" in later acts, so we probably just set Kitava free to fulfil his vow of wreaking havoc in Hinekoras realm of

Trampling barley and wheat chaff beneath his boots, pulling at ropes until he became weary. His son came then, carrying a bucket full of freshly milked, thick and frothy cream. The snowy haired boy told his father the news from the Herald; that town scientists had declared there would be a total solar eclipse that afternoon. The man rubbed his boys hair with a warm smile; hurried the lad along to take the cream to his mother.
Then his labouring continued, checking the crops down by the temple. Yesterdayโs efforts had been supplanted by the frenzy of hungry insects. He began to sew the Tuc-Tuc seeds into the soil, dipping his hand in the mesh bag, then scooping a small hole, planting four seeds, covering with soil, moving forward. This he repeated for many hours.
As his work neared itโs end, he was to reap a different harvest. The line of shadow plunged his senses into darkness. It fell so quickly over everything, the farmer stood up in shock, gazing at the alien glowing disk in the sky, which flickered and burnt his retinae. Suddenly, the valley grew unbearably cold.
At first the farmer remained spell bound, but then he realised something was not quite right. It was the off whistling noise, a sky shrieking blasphemous hymns.
Suddenly his heart beat in his chest, he turned and watched the magpies peck at the scarecrowโs mangled head, on either side, two crucified ghosts. But the speckled flourish on the horizon now descended like a plague, devouring the crops, and wilting the stalks of wheat. Even the hills upon the horizon were ravaged by strange many teethed polygonal shapes, they hungered and consumed all. Moon snakes slithered through his skin, and those who walk on four legs, but pray with their feet, ran into the field braying and barking like mad dogs.
Amidst the darkness, those ghastly barely human figures now surrounded the horizon, their horrid gnarled and bent bodies, their faces covered by gold, elephant masks. All those ghastly reapers offered the farmer was to point with their decayed fingers. He saw what they were pointing to, a mask made of bone, lying in the black grass. The farmer picked up the skull-shaped mask and put it on. Immediately the earth crumbled beneath him, he saw the rotting corpses, heads and arms sticking through the grassโ-he fell into the hole, as worms and maggots began to climb over his flesh.
The woman screamed. The boy ran o
