This is the 3 day version of this event. A variety of goons are represented in this one by the Maggia, Mutant Brotherhood, and Doombots with The Hood, Juggernaut, Bullseye, Mystique, Dr. Doom as tile-movers. The second subevent is very goon-heavy, so it can be cleared faster than average.

The Join Forces node is on the sub-event page on the first day and on the main event page the other days. There are no wave nodes.

Day One is all Maggia goons with a few nodes hiding The Hood (Classic), and Juggernaut (Classic). If you can't cope with the Muscle's constant strike tiles from threaten you might have some trouble.

Day Two has a full helping of the ISO-8 mutants. The only tile mover today is going to be Mystique (Raven Darkholme). Most of the mutants have those high number countdown powers. Mostly just watch out for Mystique using Shapeshift and stunning your up-front toon whenever the enemy purple gets over 8.

Day Three is going to be full of the previous two days goons, Mystique, and newly added Doombots with Doctor Doom (Classic). As per the first day be on the lookout for a way to dispose of enemy special tiles. Just like the second day try to avoid getting your crucial toons stunned by Mystique. Dr Doom really isn't much of anything special.

This is a 3-day event of 24-hour subs. The nodes are primarily tile-movers with just a dash of random goons. Enemy teams are usually deviously high on synergy, so your teams will generally need to be well-thought-out as well. It’s likely that you’ll use more health packs than usual. This one is a new one!

Karnak's black passive for the first 4 turns create a protect tile. After 4 turns he changes black tiles into critical tiles. After the 4th turn his match damage increases by a lot. His red will do damage and destroy specific tiles. If you pick a critical tile, it will destroy the surrounding tiles and do extra damage. Finally his blue does damage and turns basic tiles into critical tiles (3 beginning at 4 covers). I keep Kimoyo beads on Karnak because at two stars it increases his critical tile multiplier by 0.6 at level 100.

Daken has 18480 health. His red (8ap) removes up to 4 enemy special tiles, then does 1320 damage. For every special tile removed he will replace it with 2 blue strike tiles (88 strength). He passively reduces the strength of your strike/protect/attack tiles by 25%. His black is passive, if he has more than 6 black ap at the start of the turn, he will convert 3 of it to red and create 2 2-turn purple repeaters. If there are two or more special tiles (not including the repeaters) on the board when the repeater goes off it does 1848 damage. His green costs 9ap, destroys 8 green tiles, and does 2772 damage. Damage reduced by this power is permanently gone, you can't heal it back. He gets green ap for each tile destroyed. If he has less than 25% health, if he has 3 green ap he will heal 2774 health.

As far as strategy goes, you want to get blue where you can, but deny black (try to keep it under 6) and watch his red and green. His green is a real pain, as it does the most damage, and practically refills itself with green ap.

If you are champed you should be able to kill him on the 4th turn provided the criticals land where a red/blue or black match are made. If you get your blue attack then its pretty much over. A lower covered Karnak is going to have some more problems, as Daken's powers can be a pain once they get set up, but they take a while. If you are able to get enough AP for your red, save it for after you fire your blue, then target the critical tiles for extra damage. If you have boosts, then boosting critical damage, and adding blues to get a head start on your blue nuke will help as well.

My 5/3/5 Karnak is lvl 294 and Daken did not survive the 4th turn.

The Purple Man is walking down the streets of Cleveland, somewhere a little bit outside the central business district. Daken locks eyes on him from a block away and is intent on slashing him to bits. Daken is bloodlusted and doesn't care about collateral damage. The Purple Man, as always, is utterly amoral. Can the Purple Man get away in one piece for at least 48 hours?

I've consistently needed more than 40 runs to get all 10 Daken bios for the last 3 days. Where my average before was more or less around 20 runs.

Biggest number was yesterday with 54 runs before I had all 10 Bios.

Avengers Vs. Ultron

• You really, really, REALLY want to be in an alliance for this. You will not get more than 3-4 rounds worth of progress on your own.
• The alliance you start the event with is the only one that gets to count your score. Mercs, do your merc'ing before you start the event, even at the price of missing a little bit early on. There are plenty of points on the final rounds; don't worry.^(I honestly have no idea what this means...)
• Each round starts with the boss fight unlocked. You get one, and only one, attempt at beating it. Usually, the amount of damage you do to the boss is the number of points you accumulate toward your score in the event.
• Once you've attempted to fight the boss, you will unlock five side nodes. Each of these will require a specific character. For these, you may use any version of that character - for example, a Spider-Man required node will let you use Original, Bag-Man, Classic, Infinity War, Back in Black, or Peter Parker, unless a specific variant is listed on the node. You have as many tries as necessary to beat one of these.
• Unfortunately the side nodes for this event feature nothing but swarms of Ultron Sentries--go figure.
• To fight the boss again, either you wait for the eight hour timer to expire, your alliance must progress to the next round for the boss, or one of the side nodes must be cleared.
• The side nodes reset every eight hours for the duration of the event and their difficulty increases with each reset. The first three iterations of the side nodes are trivial difficulty. After the first 24 hours, side node difficulty will scale according to your roster.
• When the alliance reduces the boss's health pool to 0 (by accumulating enough points), your whole alliance gains an award and moves to the next round. ^(yay ! ^_^)

The Ultron BOSS is a different character than the Ultron Prime enemy you may have seen in a normal PVE node.

Okay, NM, so you screwed up. You made Daken's upgrades require Black Antimatter instead of Phoenix Feathers like every other mutant in the game. Honest mistake, especially with all the cut-and-paste in this update.

Here's an easy fix that will consolidate some of the multitude of items clogging our inventory while rendering your screw-up moot and removing that asinine mutant materials cap: GET RID OF FEATHERS AND M'KRAAN CRYSTALS ALTOGETHER:

• All mutants now require Chaos Norns and BAM for upgrades
• M'Kraan Crystals and Phoenix Feathers in players' inventories are replaced with the equivalent number of Chaos Norns and BAM, respectively
• All game modes that used to give out M'Kraan and Feathers now give out CCF or Awakening Crystals or some other valuable resource.

While you're at it, how 'bout getting rid of X-Genes too; biometrics for everyone.

This is a 3-day event with three 24-hour subs. The Join Forces nodes are one-time nodes on the main event page. There are Wave nodes on Heroic-2 for every day.

Day 1, Sight Seeing:

• There are a mix of Doombots, and Mindless Ones, with only Doctor Doom (Classic) hanging out in the non-essential nodes.
• WITH THE EXCEPTION of the Heroic-3 node being a replayable Kaecilius BOSS fight.
• Essential nodes 3-5 are all tile movers. :'(

Day 2, Taking Sides:

• Get ready for SHIELD goons, and Avengers tiles movers.
• The H3 node is a replayable Captain America or Iron Man BOSS fight in which you pick one (the other one will lock out).

Day 3, Balancing Act:

• See that boosted list at the bottom? Throw it out. Today, everyone is buffed--good luck shuffling through your roster.
• You will face various hero and villain tile movers--ain't no goons when the list gets buffed.
• The H3 node is a replayable Doctor Doom (God Emperor) BOSS fight.

This is a 3-day event of 24-hour subs. In change from the normal process, you get to choose which order you do the sub-events. Mindless Ones are in each sub, but the rest of the enemies are different depending on which you’ve chosen.

• The Wand of Watoomb has the Hand and Gorgon.
