>What is your Personal Legend??? Are you still searching for your treasure or are you still content with working at the crystal shop... This experience we call life will always challenge you to your core. Especially if you are trying to master your craft. You got to have a special group of people to vent to and leave it there. Don't hold on to those emotions. Don't bitch or complain about the journey becuz the story is already WRITTEN. Hate, jealousy, spurious love will always be around the corner. They want you to STOP at that chapter lol. Shake that shit off and smile becuz you are a blessing. Youβre breathing shorty! Stop forcing shit and Sail your way through this beautiful experience. Stop Rowing!!! Other hoopers always used to tell me that if I ever had the chance to play in the MECCA go for it. Iβm getting a second chance.... Got to make this one count. But I'm built for it. Whatβs Pooh spelled backwards???? The shit just in my blood. Peace and Love King and Queens.

So I have been on a keto diet and intermittent fasting for 3 months. I have lost 60 pounds but my white blood cell count dropped from about 6,000 to 3,000 (which is below normal). I have had a blood test done every 3 months for about 2 years and this is the first time my white blood cells dropped to below normal. I'm wondering if this is a normal adaptation to the diet (maybe from reduced inflammation) or a nutritional deficiency or what?
I take vitamin C, vitamin D3, omega 3, and zinc, 3 times per week. Everyday I drink a blended green drink (about 80 grams total of celery, cucumber, spinach and a pinch of collagen powder) at 2pm and 100 grams of protein with some fat or oil at 9pm.
Everyday I work out for 30 mins (medium intensity) at 3pm and sleep from 11pm to 9 am. I'm 6'1 and currently weigh 200 pounds.
I appreciate any comment or feedback. Thanks!
Doctors aren't sure why I have low white blood cell count, they've just shrugged it off in the past while being a little confused. I can't find any information online about low white blood cell counts and the covid vaccine. Is it safe for me to get the vaccine?
When my mom was getting reduced-dose folfirinox, the doctor automatically prescribed neulasta for white blood cell levels. Now that sheβs on Gem/Abraxane, the neulasta is discontinued, and her blood counts drop to the point sheβs in danger of having her chemo deferred.
Is it standard practice not to use neulasta with Gem/Abraxane? Is there a reason why oncologists might defer chemo rather than prescribe neulasta?
Also, I keep reading about chemo sessions being deferred due to low platelets. But I thought people donated platelets specifically for this sort of thing. Is platelet transfusion actually a thing? table too.
Same questions apply to dexamethasone. It was automatically prescribed with folfirinox, then automatically dropped with gem/Abraxane. No explanation was given.
The symptoms I had was lost of taste and smell this was back in November 2020. I also hallucinated and had a full blown dissociation experience. Felt like I was dead. Haven't returned back to normal since. Still feel like I'm in a dream yet what's the link between low white blood cell count and covid? I'm going to get blood tested again soon to check on that.
I'm suffering from constant acid reflux since half a year back, and even before that I've had various trouble with digestion ever since I was a child. I've been to a regular doctor who've looked for traditional causes and so far found nothing. And I've been to a nutrional therapist who have given me recommended diet (basically paleo and some supplements). It's not helped so far (have done the diet for six weeks). At my return visit to the nutrional therapists she looked through blood tests I'd done recently and saw that my leukocytes and lyfocytes were low. And that my blood suger was also low (lower than what's normal for someone before eating breakfast). My red blood cells are great though. She seemed a bit at lost at what the cause could be but thought maybe some supplements to stimulate my liver would be good. I'm open to trying anything (though of course nothing dangerous) at this point.
I'm interested if anyone else has theorize about what could cause this combination of symptoms and things I could try to remedy it.

Does Kaya'a Ult allow me to cast Awaken the Blood Avatar from command zone during my upkeep?
I know it's a dumb question. I just need a straight, possibly polite, answer because I'm showing the answer to someone I respect.
Does being on TRT always cause high blood cell count or is it dose dependent?
And if so then how does one go about lowering it or keeping it in the healthy range while on TRT?
I read on the steroid wiki that donating blood doesnβt do anything, so what do people do to combat it?
Not sure if it works because blood garden says it works as blood seed but I'm double checking here
Havenβt had much time to research yet, just got back a blood test from my asthma & allergy specialist to try to qualify for a different injection (used to be on Xolair but the shot room situation got a little crazy) anyway, my White blood cell count is high and any other scientific words for white blood cells were high as well. Is this typical for people who have asthma and allergies?
I hope I worded it as Iβm thinking?
