Bard on the Beach day-of tickets?

I seem to remember that Bard on the Beach used to have discount tickets available the same day of performance. Is this something that only happens when they have extra tickets available, or at a certain time in the run?

Basically, I love me some Shakespeare, and I don't mind bad seats, or going alone.

[5e] Aside from the boring and lazy "slap a hexblade dip on it", any good/fun ways to multiclass a (dual wield) swords bard?

Playing one and at some point I want to multiclass it, at least after level 6 (font of inspiration at 5 is too big to pass up, and since I'm doing 5 at least I might aswell pick up 6 for extra attack since that's also very good)

I have no issues with warlock multiclassing, just don't want to do hexblade specifically (which I imagine isn't even as good for this build anyways, since it's dual wield)

Swashbuckler Rogue seems fun and full of synergies

Can't do Paladin because multiclassing minimums (no, I'm not going to bug my DM to let me have 13 dex as a multiclassing minimum for paladin), stats are:

8 str

17 dex (to get the +4 dex and medium armor master at the same level) 14 con

8 int

Watersinger Bard, how the hell does this archetype work, nothing is clarified in the description, and everyone disagrees on its mechanics.

More specifically:

What is the DC of this "successful perform check" that allows the bard to control a 5 foot cube of water.

Will feats like improved natural attack (slam) increase its effectiveness, will things like improved reposition work as well?

Since the ability says it follows all rules regarding regular bardic performances, I assume it means the bard can attack/cast a spell in addition to spending a round of performance to have the cube attack?

Does it have to be a 5 foot cube to even use the ability? Or can the bard at lower levels with create water just use what they can create in a few rounds (creating a 5 foot cube would take forever)

I have a player who is wanting to use this archetype and need some help understanding on how to use it. Thanks for the help.

PS. I know it's a terribly written archetype, but I would like opinions on how to rule it. I have already decided to allow it cause it seems like it is very cool.

The highest possible damage one character can do both alone and through a very specific team that does not involve infinity bards although it comes close. Or "A long post on how to get 200 Damage" (Also no magic items or super potions but deus ex luck is required)

Warning, if you hate praising God for otherworldy powers, singing to make weapons excited or rule lawyering loopholes then roll +Wiz this post may send you on a barbaric rage on a fail

Also second Warning, this post is long

Ok, not that long ago I was creating some bosses to cause death and destruction on the ranks of my players. While I was checking all of the checkboxes in the Dungeon World monster maker tool for fun I thought about how much damage could one player do if he chose the right abilities and got ungodly luck.

Obviously, Reddit already thought about it and one user by the name of u/isaac3 found a good 42 damage from a fighter alone multiclassing into Paladin for Exterminatus and Thief for Backstab while in the comments they only got as far as 62.

Well I believe that to be wrong.

So buckle up boys, explanations and credits are done, time to get counting and rule lawyering through in order to get maximum damage.

Any newbie to dungeon world thinking of min maxing: Don't, this post was made for fun, even with ungodly damage, you'll probably not even be able to get close to a well made boss. Because your +infinite damage sword can't do anything if you can't get close to the enemy.

Here is the scenario with the rules: > A giant really slow monster that threatens to one shot the world stands before the team. The poor sods with no supportive potential have already been maimed and yeeted out of existance. > The monster has something stupid like 40 armor, 100 HP and regenerates fully after every attack. > The team understands that they need the power of god and anime to win and start empowering the main character which will deal the friendship attack that will pierce the heaven

  • It's a team formed by all the basic classes and they do not repeat themselves (No two bards or paladins etc...)

  • Characters won't spam the same move (If bard sings he can't sing again, but if another character sings then it's ok)

  • No magic weapons that deal +2M damage or super potions that do similar stuff, regular potions and equipment is ok

So first thing first we need the highest damaging character and that does not mean just the damage die. After looking through all abilities and possible multiclassing we find that the obvious choice is the [Fighter].

Now the previously mentioned User isaac3 found the obvious +d8 (Blood Thirsty) +d8 (Taste of Blood) +2d4 (Multiclass Dabbler into Paladin's Exterminatus) +d6 (Multiclass Initiate into Thi

I poured my savings into a RPG inspired card game about being a Bard and would love some feedback ons the art.

I'm a long time DM and wanna-be game designer. I took my favorite RPG class, The Bard, and kickstarted a card game about using the Bards spells, abilities, and items to pick up tavern goers. I've found the game to be incredibly fun the more people role play their Bard.

I took all the savings I had and hired an amazing artist who has been pumping out some amazing stuff and I wanted to share it with everyone. I'd love some feedback:

Card Art - https://imgur.com/a/dXYktiw

You can check out more about the game (or watch my embarrassingly dumb video) on the kickstarter page - https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/witsandgiggles/bard-party

Most of my Bards or the spells they use were directly pulled from my experience playing or DM'ing.

Request for saxophone based battle/combat songs for my bard to play on the saxophone

I'm starting a new game where my half elf bard will play the saxophone. I want 'epic' battle/combat style music with saxophone parts to play in the background from Spotify/YouTube whilst we're in combat (similar in tone to the stuff on YouTube/Spotify for 'D&D battle music'). The it doesn't have to be just saxophone, just ideally prominent. This will just be for flavor, so it can be a bit silly like the Epic Sax Guy. Purely instrumental, no vocals, is preferred.

I'll be honest, I'm not the most musically literate/don't have a good ear for instruments, so if its kinda similar to the saxophone, like a tuba or bassoon or something, that would be fine too.
