Criei uma conta fake no Badoo utilizando a versão Premium por 3 dias. Nessa conta primeiramente criei um perfil colocando a foto de um cara feio, com uns tópicos interessantes, o que por se esperar não recebeu nenhuma curtida. No dia seguinte, mudei a foto e coloquei a foto de um cara atraente que encontrei no Instagram de um desconhecido. Inseri um nome fictício, idade 18 anos, desta vez não inseri nenhum tópico, publiquei apenas uma foto no perfil e no mesmo dia obtive 100 matches, todos de mulheres entre 18 e 26 anos em média (com exceção de um garota que tinha 28 anos)
2°dia A maioria que deu match era mais velha, inclusive, recebi a foto dos seios de uma usuária de uns vinte e poucos anos sem pedir nada, porém não recusei, claro. Troquei uma ideia rasa com algumas mulheres pra saber onde elas moravam, o que gostavam de fazer e tal.
3° dia do experimento- Já ultrapassei os 100 matches, e, dentre eles, várias mulheres de todos os tipos me mandaram mensagem primeiro apenas por ter um cara bonito no perfil, que se assemelha a um chad.
Algumas devem ter achado que eu seria um potencial parceiro para ela simplesmente por ser atraente, sem ao menos se interessar pelos meus hobbies, estudos e afins. A aparência é a capa que se sobressai, ao passo que a personalidade é o tecido interno do casaco. Você pode ser a pessoa mais incrível do mundo, mas se você for feio para a massa suas chances se resumem a níveis ínfimos, assim como a mulher que ofereceu uma amostra dos seus peitos sem ao menos me conhecer. Essa é a realidade nua e crua dos aplicativos de relacionamento, nos quais um rosto atrativo e simétrico é substância para tudo aquilo que ocorrerá adiante. Essa é a modernidade dos fluídos, onde os indivíduos feios não apresentam chance alguma, um simples slide para o lado elimina as suas chances de encontrar o potencial parceiro ou parceira, afinal, quem se preocupa com o rótulo do refrigerante, bem como o que ele tem a oferecer para a sua saúde. Qualquer aplicativo de relacionamento consiste em um Detox de autoestima, em que se você tem autoestima baixa você sai com a mesma ferrada ou nenhuma.
Obs: Antes que venham me indagar sou menor de idade e realizei esse experimento somente por curiosidade. Ia calcular a média de idade dos matches mas fiquei com preguiça de tanto match que deu. Não criei no Tinder também, uma vez que fui banido do mesmo em menos de duas horas por não utilizar foto no perfil.

A bit of some backstory to this:
I (21F) and my ex met on a dating app. We hadn't known each other for that long before he asked me to date him. I was hesitant at first, but my best friend convinced me to agree. We dated for only 2-3 months before I broke it off. The reason for it was: I knew all his dislikes and likes, all his future plans, all stories about his past that he had told, I always made time for him and our plans, but he remembered nothing about me and made no plans for us. He didn't remember my favorite colour, the fact that I don't like sweets or even any significant detail, like my grandma being sick. He is also a very dry texter, responding with only 1 or 2 words to my texts unless it's about something he likes, then he responds with proper sentences. We also had different views on our future. He wanted to go to military school, then fly off to Afghanistan or Iraq to fight for at least 5 years, all the while he expected me to be home with our kids and be a stay at home mom. I, on the other hand, want to work and make a career. I tried talking about compromise of working from home, but he just wouldn't have it. When I eventually broke it off I took all the blame. Basically "it's not you it's me". The only thing he asked is why I didn't say something sooner and why I wasted his time. But we parted on good terms. We primarily talked on Instagram and because we parted on good terms I didn't block him. We just stopped talking. He would still like my photos and such, but I didn't think much of it.
A couple of months pass and he messaged me. It was just idle chit-chat. Then, after some months of silence he messaged me again. It was still empty talk, but I noticed that he started dating someone else. Our talks were just "hey, how are you?" and then he said he bought the apartment he wanted and I said congrats and nothing more. But out of respect for his new girl I didn't messaged back the third time.
I had completely forgotten about him until a few months back, in summer, I got a notification that he started following me. I wasn't aware he unfollowed because I didn't care and it had been over a year since we broke up. But I checked it out and found out that he had become a full-blown anarchist. I decided to remove him. I unfollowed him and deleted our conversations. Again, completely forgot about him.

Anyone on Badoo here ? It seems like a ghost town. A lot of people create a profile but never comes back. I’ve paid 200 credits to write to many women. They did not reply or even check out my profile. I don’t even get views on my profile when I pay credits to up my profile in the search results.
The only active users seems to be women 40+ years old.
It’s a shame because I like Badoo site format better than Tinder. On Tinder you only swipe right or left.
On Tinder I wrote that I am bu-curious. I got like over 30 men liking my profile. I got a match with about 5 girls only.
For Badoo it may just be a geographic thing. I live near Montreal,Quebec. I must have spent 300$ already on Badoo over the course of 2-3 months.

last few months i was so suspicious that whenever i connect to the wifi a screenshot is taken of my phone once im online, i was so concerned and kept tracking apps in my phone one by one and found out it was Badoo chat app, the official one.

Toke an old phone again that im not using and installed a new rom in it just to make sure its not connected to same wifi in case there was something very advanced that Hacked all of the our local network devices or something! who knows...

Pra início de conversa eu sou feio, apresentavel e na media, mas feio.

Só a foto que parece que sou fortinho em vez de um cara de 1.73m e 50kg. Recebi 30 curtidas e de acordo com o app minha popularidade está "muito alta". Algo que nem de longe eu tive no tinder.

I don't have a lot of experience in online dating. Created Badoo profile out of curiosity and did't really put much info on my profile, just kept swiping for a few days, I think I had 1 like.
I then amended my profile, pertly as a joke and partly serious, I said in it that I'm on the app looking around before I decide to go mgtow, and added no feminists and narcs (don't ask me why now lol, that's another topic). Then out of the blue I am banned literally minutes later.
I'm curious to know was it some automatic algorithm, or do you think it's really discriminating/hate speech (while women can get away with saying things about men), or was it likely some angry person who just didn't like what I said? I asked Badoo but they won't say.

Hi, so i'm french and i'm gonna translate what my '' match '' pretty much told me.
She told me she was in a bad situation, so i asked her what's wrong, she started talking about the Vaccine and the Mask ( already a bad start and a red flag imo) in her word:
''we're back in a totalitarian state'' and ''I don't remember a virus doing anything to me''
So this was.. already bad, she pretty much also told me she never wear mask anywhere, and then later ask me of my work situation and i told her i found a job, bought my first car, for the story i work in an agency where i help people find job, in this agency we only ask people to wear mask inside, but otherwise it's fine.
So she replied to me: ''it completely dehumanizes humans, you can't see people's faces, they can hardly breathe, it's a sign of silent submission to totalitarianism and separation, nobody needs a muzzle''.
I mean, she is entitled to her opinions... but this is a red flag.. and defo a cringe session right there, she pretty much told me people unmatch with her quickly.. and i kinda understand saying that COVID-19 is just a '' winter flu'' is like.. crazy.
