A list of puns related to "Bachelor Of Pharmacy"
Title says it all, 22 y/o tried the finance industry out, its very cut throat and your very disposable to them if you aren't producing the best work 24/7 also the long working hours and commutes are rough...
my second preference out of uni was pharmacy, i was thinking of going back to RMIT in 2020 to study pharmacy, does anyone have any insight into the industry and where its headed?
or some general life experience would be great, just 22 y/o and feeling like i am in a rut with finding a career where i love to go to work or just it doesnt make me hate myself.
EDIT: also thinking Bachelor of Orthoptics at La Trobe, any insight to that career path would be lovely.
anyone also have any insight if you can use a business degree and a pharmacy/orthoptics to yield a twin benefit in the either industry?
Cheers all
Hi all.
Sorry if there are similar posts to mine, just looking for some advice. I graduated college three years ago with a bachelors in biology. Had high hopes I could land a research based job after graduating and have had no such luck. I worked at a ford dealership for a year before transitioning to being a pharmacy technician at walgreens. Ive worked there for less than 2 years and have landed the role as the senior technician but this job sucks the life out of me. Im have trouble deciding what direction to take while looking for a new job. Im the type of person that puts my whole heart into a job and truly believe I could learn any skill. Not sure if going back to school is worth it right now because im already in a crippling amount of debt from obtaining my bachelors and walgreens pay is just barely allowing me to make ends meet. Just looking for some ideas of decent paying jobs for people in my position. Im a bit overwhelmed by all the different career paths I could go down and would appreciate any insights. Thanks!
Are pharmacy techs with a bachelor degree consider to be more competitive than the others?
hi just a quick question for the CFA level 1. Does my degree have to be business oriented to qualify for the CFA examination, or is it just a formal requirement to weed out other people where I just need to have bachelors degree.

Hi Reddit β
Iβm Lucas Richert, the historical director for the American Institute of the History of Pharmacy at UW-Madison, a nearly 80-year-old institute dedicated to advancing the knowledge and understanding of the history of pharmacy and medicines. Iβm also co-editor in chief of Social History of Alcohol and Drugs: An Interdisciplinary Journal and author of a new book with the MIT Press called βBreak On Through,β which draws on archives and government documents, medical journals, and interviews, and interweaves references to pop (counter)culture to historicize the radical mental health practices in the 1960s and 70s. I published another book (βStrange Tripsβ) earlier this year that focuses on the contentious relationship between scientific knowledge, cultural assumptions, and social concerns. My hope β particularly with βBreak On Throughβ β is to promote the discussion of mental health by placing the histories of American mental health, pharmaceutical use, and intoxicant use in dialogue with one another, all within the context of mainstream and fringe therapies.
Questions about the history of drugs or pharmaceuticals? The field of psychiatry in the 1960s and 70s? Over the past few years, I've written and taught about how and why we control and regulate drugs in CANADA and the US. And I've tried to understand the major swings and struggles in modern mental health care. Iβm here from 1 β 3 PM EST β ask me anything! (if you canβt make it then, you can find me on Twitter @LucRichert and @drughistory.)

Iβm so relieved
So let me get right into it. Iβve been dating my partner for 3.5 years, but weβve been friends for about 3 years before that. He had always had a thing for me, and waited around for our timing to line up. We moved in together a year and a half ago when I started my PhD program, and we had a seemingly healthy, open, if somewhat imperfect, relationship. I always felt loved by him, and even though he can be impatient and struggles with pretty significant ADHD I never doubted for a second how much he loved and was devoted to me.
This NYE at 3am after we got home from a night out, as we were watching something he very abruptly tells me he needs to confess something to me. He then confessed to cheating with me at a bachelor party he went to in Costa Rica last June. I was so shocked, I felt like the rug had been pulled out from under me. It turns out she was one of the sex workers who was working the club they got a table at, and at the end of the night she propositioned him and he βimpulsivelyβ said yes after drinking, doing coke, and staying out all night for 3 days along with that toxic male peer pressure. He says they used a condom, she had a βlicenseβ meaning she had to get tested every 2 weeks, and he got tested there and as soon as he got back to the states (I made him print his records and get tested again).
Iβve basically been dissociated ever since. I feel numb. Part of me is glad he eventually did tell me but I am more upset about the 6 months he kept it from me. We signed a 2 year lease in that time. I spent the holidays with his family away from mine. He comforted me 4 months ago when we found out my DAD was on a date with another woman. Iβm just disgusted by the misogyny of it all, and feel like my trust has been betrayed and violated. I am pretty liberal sexually, and though we donβt have an open relationship he knows I question the concept of monogamy and weβve talked about threesomes etc. but of course...these require respect and communication and maturity all of which this doesnβt show. Iβve also been going through a significantly hard time in my PhD program, and feel particularly betrayed by the timing as well as have been having the cliche βI drove him to do thisβ thoughts, as I have never been more stressed and unhinged in my life.
He assured me itβs been eating him alive, and he told me because he wanted to be held accountable. This is the only instance of cheating in his past (lucky me) and he assures me the whole experience put him of
... keep reading on reddit β‘This is a very negative rant and it might even end up getting deleted but I just wanted to get it off my chest. Kaitlyn's recent social media activity and Hannah B's pathetic shill where she didn't even make or show the food she was shilling inspired this post.
I think people really need to stop putting BN contestants on a pedestal (ex. Calling contestants your "lord and saviour", your "queen", taking pictures with them and acting like you just met a huge celebrity). These contestants are just NORMAL people. They are no better than me or you. All they did was go on a show where the lead liked them enough to keep them long enough.
These people have done NOTHING for us. They come on the show for themselves and they shill products so they can make $$$. The least these people can do to show their gratitude for their followers is to shill products wholeheartedly and honestly and be respectful when the audience tries to give you feedback for a podcast that is MEANT TO ENTERTAIN YOUR FOLLOWERS. But nope. They complain about us instead.
I am on this sub for the unverified tea, spoilers and the discussions about all the stuff that goes on behind the scenes. Reality TV isn't a happy, positive genre. Reality TV is for people who like DRAMA and like watching people embarass themselves. We are allowed to support reality TV people but just as much as we support anyone else in our lives. We don't need to gush over them and blindly agree with everything they say/do, they are just people and they are just in it for themselves.
I don't want this sub to turn into a stan subreddit. These contestants already act entitled, we don't need to contribute to it by gushing over them (ex. Posting pics with them, posting their picture, saying "we don't deserve them", "our queen", etc), especially on this sub.
TL;DR: I'm tired of people acting like these bachelor nation contestants are superior than us. I like being critical and not blindly supporting people who aren't contributing anything of real value.
So, hey guys I am currently studying BMS, second year from Mumbai university. I wanted to know what can I do with BMS that will help me in career, as I have got good amount of free time on my hands.
I did some Google search and following are the results I got:-
2.mba:- It can be done after BMS.
3.MMS(MASTER IN MANAGEMENT STUDIES):- Same it can be done after BMS.
So, as you can see most good opportunities are after BMS and I don't want to waste my free time, i have got now.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
SAY LOUD FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK.
Rachel spoke to ET about the disappointment of Mike Johnson not being the Bachelor.
_"Peter seems like a very nice guy. He seems lovely. This is absolutely nothing against him, but how many Peters have we seen before? What season are we on? 24. So, we've seen 24 Peters. I'm bored. And it's nothing personal against him," Lindsay said
"I want to be hopeful, but when you have a contestant like Mike Johnson, who seems to check all the boxes, how is he not the Bachelor? I don't understand," Lindsay said. "I'm sure they have some reason for not picking him, and I'm going to trust in that, but at the same time, the system isn't working in giving us a Bachelor who is a person of color. So we need to change the system. Something has to be done. Break the rules, step outside the box, give the people what they want "
On Lack of Diversity and seeing the girl chosen for Peter's season:
"The Bachelor is in charge of saying what they're interested in and what they're not. Some people don't know that -- they do ask you," Lindsay revealed. "You've seen some of the girls that Peter's dated. It came out before, his girlfriend was in the news from the past, before Hannah. So, you know what his type is at this point. And so, I expect girls to look more like Hannah than they do like me or someone else of color

I know that 4 years Bachelors degree is more valuable than a 3 years advance diploma. But how much more valuable is it when compared to Advanced Diploma?. Is it really worth studying extra year and spending extra tuition fees ?(Advance diploma programs are cheaper than Bachelor programs).
I thought of opting for Adv Diploma in Computer Programming & Analysis cause i specifically wanted to learn about programming instead of learning whole bunch of things. Is 3 year Adv Diploma in computer programming good enough to get a decent job?. Don't worry, i won't opt for 2 year Diploma courses and i will choose co-op option. And if i choose 3 years Adv diploma course, can i convert that into a degree by studying extra 1 year later if i feel like it ?
Thanks a lot for your help. I was gonna apply soon. So, your help would be deeply appreciated :)
P.S, I'll also link the courses that i'm talking about.
