To qualify, the DPS number declared in the subject header was during a DPS channel-organized run that had a debuff+tank. Nevertheless, this build had defensive measures in place meant for solo and PuG runs, so it could potentially go higher.

Hey!
Turns out the Aventine La Jolla WeWork does NOT validate parking. Which means on top of the WeWork fee, I'm paying $2/hour to be there.
Does anyone know of somewhere I can park for free nearby or just a workaround? I'd love to continue going to this WeWork but for $2/hour or $25/day, that's just a bit much.
Construction is already underway, and we should expect the Gemmeus Baths to be completed in a month.
It will b huge and elegant, with a central bath being bejewelled with all sorts of precious stones and metals, giving the Bath complex its name, the "Bejewelled Baths"
