Asked my Local VW/Audi specialty shop for a quote on clutch replacement on my '17 APR stage 1 GLI and they sent this. They said the labor on the additional parts is no extra cost. Are any of these parts other than the Southbend clutch necessary? Also is $1,100 in labor reasonable?

We did the paint correction and coating today, we both agree that Audi was by far the hardest vehicle to paint correct. And he has done 100's. The swirl marks didn't want to come out but we didn't give up and got 95 percent of them out. My 2017 S3 looks absolutely beautiful now. reddit.com/gallery/omivzv

My big Project Car, the Audi 100 LS (~1974). I have very little knowledge about cars ,so this will be a big challange since it is a very rare car. Zu meinem Bedauern wurde mir eine groteske Absage bei einem ansΓ€ssigen Schrauber erteilt: "Das ist so gammlig, wenn da was kaputt geht beim Ausbau, kriege ich keine Ersatzteile fΓΌr und wir werden beide keine Freunde mehr". Es ging um den Wechsel meiner vorderen Radlager, die Arbeit ist diesem Schrauber anscheinend zu viel. (Gerade frisch Neu-TΓV ohne MΓ€ngel)
Ersatzteile gibt es fasst ausschlieΓlich gebraucht, VerschleiΓteile nur noch von gewissen Herstellen. Sogar in Ballungsgebieten muss man ein wenig suchen um einen adΓ€quaten Schrauber zu finden.
HΓ€tte ich Platz fΓΌr eine BΓΌhne wΓΌrde ich es selber machen, aber, aber, aber... Spezialwerkzeug kostet Geld....
