A list of puns related to "Active Citizens"
Since the programming is there for your AI team-mates to engage hostile targets, I think it would add for an interesting dynamic to have an AI citizen respond to the shooting with their CCW. You could have the citizen yell out " I shot him! he's in here!" It would also add to the tension quite a bit because you wouldn't know if the citizen was the shooter or not. A scenario involving that mistake does indeed happen in real life, sadly more often than you think.
Iβm an active citizen looking to live in a suite (in Bethe North) but need more people!! If you currently live in Bethe or McFaddin and are interested please pm :)
Right about now, folks all over are making resolutions for New Yearβs. Why not resolve to join the fight for a livable world?
Many folks have joined this subreddit -- and thank you for that! But wouldnβt it be great to go beyond joining a subreddit and get involved in action on the ground that has a real impact?
Whether your new year aspirations include picking up a new skill, making new friends, or contributing to a good cause, Citizens' Climate Lobby has you covered. Active volunteers take part in awesome free training in subjects like communications skills and policy. CCL volunteers are welcoming, civically-minded people who, personally speaking, have become some of my best friends. And of course, volunteering with CCL means that you're actively supporting big, effective climate policies that will solve one of the world's toughest problems.
So if you're looking to make a positive change in the new year for yourself and the world, become an active CCL volunteer today! Have you been on the fence about volunteering and wanting to make a New Year's resolution to become active as a climate advocate? Let me know in the comments!
Here are some tips for when you first join, from my own experience as a new volunteer:
If you want to find new contacts in Fallen London you have come to the right place. Whether you need someone to get the constables off your back, someone to help in an investigation or just a friend to have dinner with, you're sure to find them here. If you're looking for something specific, you could just browse the information of people who have already posted and make them a contact and/or you could simply make a post of your own.

Additional information, like stats or a brief statement, if you're a PoSI, etc. would be welcome, if you like. Timezone + hours played could be helpful for those looking for someone active during the same time they are.
This post will be restarted every month, just to prevent any sort of inactive player build-up. I've also set the suggested sort to "new," which I think should make it so that the newest posts go to the top, so that should improve your chances of connecting with someone who is actively playing.
If you have any ideas about how this might be improved, please let me know.
Is there anyone who got cook active citizen who would be willing to let me block with them? i dont mind if its a gothic or the main house.
While Iβm aware these two cities are higher crime areas overall, theyβre definitely not the only cities that experience crime. I feel like when Iβm in San Jose there never seems to be any activity on the app and that city definitely experiences a good amount of crime.

Greetings Citizens.
We are Spectre Fleet, a non-RP organization focused on intelligence, infiltration and target neutralization. As a truly neutral organization, we will work for anyone that pays us, doing whatever they need. We do not officially take part in any piracy, but neither do we shy away from running afoul of the law. If you are interested in any combat or combat-adjacent role with a professional, but not overly strict environment, we may be the place for you. With specializations including marines, intelligence, fighter pilots, operations, and a variety of others, we offer diverse experiences in a tight-knit, high-skill environment. While we do not have skill requirements for entry, we do expect a certain level of activity and a drive for constant improvement.
We are a very active organization, with players in voice chat every day and weekly operations. We like to keep our membership small and active, with a hard member limit set at 100 members. If you're an active player looking for an org where you can get to know everyone but still have people to play with every day, we may just be the place for you.

Does any AC blocking in Bethe know how it works? I heard in Becker you need a block of 5β¦ is that the same w Bethe House? I also heard you need to block with people already in Bethe this semester?? Should we tell the House Assistant Dean before getting a block together?
Any one open to pm? Iβm just trying to get a block together π
So far it appears to me that the only thing we are paying you to do is to collect more revenue from the people? What gives?
Tldr: I've made about 5 complaints. 0 were solved.
My complaints were regarding extremely broken roads, sewage water on roads, and people not following traffic rules at all in my area which leads to dangerous situations which can very easily be solved by having some traffic police there.
Unfortunately all the complaints were closed after granting relief. These complaints were made over the past few years.
Don't know who got the relief. Definitely not me nor the people around me.
Honestly I think if someone complains about a broken road or something and it gets fixed then that road was going to be fixed anyway even without a complaint.
I don't know if there is some secret trick to complaining but whatever I'm doing hasn't worked. I do include pictures and details and keep it non anonymous.

Looking forward to greet you on our server!
Hi Reddit, I'm Dr Pen-Yuan Hsing from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom.
For most of the past 10+ years I did ecological field research from the savannahs of South Africa, hydrothermal vents near Papua New Guinea, to the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico in a submarine (to study impacts from the Deepwater Horizon oil spill). I've also organised many science outreach events like Ustinov Science Day or a Durham Wildlife Trust Field Trip over the years.
About 5 years ago, I co-founded the MammalWeb project where citizen scientists work together to capture wildlife images with motion-sensing cameras to improve our understanding of wildlife diversity and distribution. Check out these example photos & videos. MammalWeb's civic engagement has even been featured in The Guardian!
As is the case for many scientists, I had to learn programming for data science and got to work with talented developers/civic hackers from the hacker/maker community. I'm now also a strong advocate for open science, open source, and free culture (emphasis on freedom, not "free of charge") and want to work with others to expand the circle of liberty for knowledge and innovation. Please Ask Me Anything!
I will be here to answer questions at 7pm GMT (2 PM ET), ask me anything!

Spectre Fleet is a group of small tactical teams performing highly coordinated maneuvers, working together on tightly knit; detailed operations.
How do we achieve this goal? Leadership, Quality Personnel, Organization, and Training.
We focus on quality membership; not quantity. With many former and current military players, Spectre Fleet leadership takes an active role in cultivating teams and coordinating game play.
Do you have to be current or former military? Absolutely not. But we do foster and welcome professional attitudes and skill sets. That being said; it's not all rigid. Fun is also primary.
Our organizational hierarchy and communications chain also play an integral role in coalescing the teams and skills required to achieve our goals. Discord and Ts3 is a requirement.
We offer training and certification programs for a range of in-game skills including FPS, Piloting, Industrial, and Espionage. We are organized and motivated to help you get better. We also have non-mandatory team-building sessions during the week for many of the core game play loops.
Finally, in Spectre Fleet, between operations, we welcome theory crafting and discussions about tactics and planning. Lessons learned and opportunities to contribute to future operational plans are not only encouraged, they are welcomed. That doesn't always mean every idea will be embraced, but you will be heard.
If you seek a positive, professional, fun group of dedicated players in Star Citizen, and you are a mature adventure-seeking player willing to train and coordinate gameplay with others; come give us a try.
