For starters we have this kind of list that I am sure we have all seen. http://cdn-usa.gagbay.com/2013/04/one_piece_characters_are_real_life_people-273235.jpg (PS fuck 9gag for putting their shitty little water mark on this, I know for a fact they are not responsible for this image) But this is far from all
Oda said himself that Sanji is based off of Steve Buscemi's Mr. Pink from Reservoir Dogs
Oda also says he loves Tim Burton. We see this in three characters:
Brook is obviously Jack Skellington, but there are also three famed musicians contributing to his look: Jimi Hendrix (Clothes+Fro) + Slash (Hat) + Ozzy Osbourne (Glasses). (Man can he ever fucking rock)
Gecko Moria is Oogie Boogie Not only in appearance but for his hatred of Brook/Jack Skellington, his creepy little minions, and his powers with the help of Doctor Hogback.
and Inazuma, who shares scissor hands with Edward Scissorhands.
Further more Sentomaru is basically the more popular depictions of Kintaro.
Crocodile is a mix of John Travolta and Steven Segal, both of who have achieved fame playing the opposing roles of Gangster and Cop. And as we know Robin, who worked with Crocilde, is based on Uma Thurman's character Mia Wallace. Travolta and Thurman both worked together in Pulp Fiction on the same team... sorta.
WhiteBeard is Hulk Hogan who is famous for having muscles like tree trunks and calling everyone "Brutha" (kinda ties in with WhiteBeard wanting a family more than anything else in the world) Speaking of which does anyone know is Hulk Hogan knows there is this character based off of him? Cause if he doesn't he should cause I imagine it would be very flattering to know that there is a character based off of you that is 1) a wise leader and respected badass 2) literally called the strongest man in the world even by the government and his enemies and 3) such a family man and with such an important role in the series.
Mihawk "Hawkeye" Dracula is obviously
... keep reading on reddit β‘I think it's between 90's to 2000's. I remember I was watching the show back in 2001.
So the story starts with a voice telling the team that they need to fix the story of the fairy tale. The voice then chooses, i guess 3-4 animals for the mission. And then they'll be warped or teleported to the story to fix whatever the issue is.
Now the team, I'm guessing they're zodiac animals, are literally animals. I remember a rat as their captain, there was also a pig, a rabbit, and others.
I just can't remember the name ofnthe show and boy I wish I'm making this all up.
It be almost like dungeons and dragons, as animated Brienne reads a page about a knight we get sent to an adventure about that knight. Almost like a 21min Princess Bride.....minus Fred Savage.......minus Columbo......minus Andre the Giant.....minus the Dred Pirate Roberts.......but instead ASOIAF knights!!!!
I saw an episode of the show with my siblings on YouTube when we were watching random episodes of scooby boo about 10 years ago I think or 5 i donβt remember
The dog was a janitor I think, it showed how dumb he was and the girl was with him to make sure he wasnβt doing anything stupid or getting hurt, he was like inspector gadget but not a human thatβs all I could remember, also he talked slowly and very dull it. Though the show wasnβt like inspector gadget, it was more like the cartoon show gadget boy and heather
The animation was similar to inspector gadget or to any shows that was aired during the time period inspector gadget was aired
Edit: the dog is a mixture of droopy and huckleberry hound
I watched around 8-10 years old, It included the two girls both still in school one girl had bright pink/red colours and a symbol with the sun and the other girl was a black/blue design and a symbol with the moon. The show was in english and They fought off a dark purple malice. I Remember it being aired on the canadian tv program either YTV or Teletoon. It's not sailor moon. The title could have been "(blank)and(blank)". The two girl might have been twins.
