TIL that Julius Caesar and Cleopatra were in a relationship and political alliance. Julius Caesar needed Cleopatra's money, and Cleopatra needed the help of Caesar's army to take control of Egypt from her husband/brother Ptolemy XIII.

The Goddesses of Upper and Lower Egypt giving adoration to King Ptolemy. Notice anything wrong?? The King has 2 left hands! The temple is located at Aswan and is dedicated to two gods (unusual), Horus the Elder and Sobek.

I'm close to end of a war (Ptolemy Egypt) with Antigonid and then some civil war country declares war on me that I can't reach, meaning I can't stop being at war!
As above, this seems to be a super annoying cheat by the AI to keep me at war, I can't get to these countries so am stuck at war, how to stop this from happening??

Why are the Diadochi so lesser known throughout history and the mainstream public? Everyone has heard of Alexander the Great but why are Ptolemy I Soter or Seleucus I Nicator overlooked? Both helped start dynasties/empires that lasted for centuries. What do historians make of this?

What percentage of Egyptian mummies and treasures remained untouched during the time of the Ptolemies?
I imagine graverobbers were already a thing back then, but I associate them more with the post-Ptolemaic era. Is this simply a bias of mine?
After all, people still believed in the power of the pharaoh and curses during this time, unlike in muslim Egypt. Did this knowledge help keep graverobbers away?
Also, were there any systems/programs in place by the Hellenic administration to protect these treasures? After all it seems they valued Egypt and its history/culture/traditions quite a bit.

Here is the estimate of Aryabhata for the length of the year. At 99.999392207% accuracy, Aryabhata's calculation was more accurate than that of Ptolemy. And slightly more accurate than that of Omar Khayyam. (Please note: Aryabhata was making an estimation for sidereal year)

Did Numidia's and the Ptolemic royal line end after Caligula killed Ptolemy of Mauretania?
I've only recently learned about Juba II, Cleopatra Selene, and Ptolemy II and I wanted to fanbo- I mean ask questions about the fate of their families after their passing. Did anyone keep continue to claim to be their decendants after their deaths, and did anyone ever use that lineage to justify being ruler of Mauretania, Numidia, or even Egypt?

SRW V- Ptolemy- am I missing something here?
After playing through...5 SRW games completely now... I've really come to enjoy the battle ships.
The Ptolemy... I'm about 20 missions in and I'm really hating this thing. Slow, terrible weapons.
Am I missing something? Should I invest ANYthing into this?

I must admit that while I was a staunch Newtonian cultist, I now see the error of my ways and repent. It is not enough to blindly believe a man who just came up with an absurd model. I can no longer worship him. I now worship Ptolemy. All hail Ptolemy. He is older than Newton, and Newton should respect his elder, which is Ptolemy. How dare Newton try to supersede Ptolemy, the greatest and only true scientist.
