Hi, thank you for everyone here. Such an inspirational group. I am a filipina nurse and just migrated here with my family on Feb. 2, 2021. As soon as I received my greencard. I started processing for my nclex. As a foreign nurse the orocess is different.
I had to apply for the verification of my school transcripts through cgfns it cost almost 1000 US this includes the fee and the courier of my papers from Philippines.
I also needed to take thr IELTS in exam in portland. Its an international english test for professionals. State of Washington requires the score of 6 and 7 in speaking. ( 4;different exam) cost me 285 plus hotel and transpo.
After I passed. I had to apply in WA BOA while working as a caregiver 43 hours a week. I have 3 little kids.
Theres a time whilew reviewing that I pass out coz Ik too tired. Or Ill silently cry in the library coz Uworld says I ahve low chance of passing.
This grourp really helped me to keeo my spirit up and pray more than I study. I finished all the questions in uworld ans moved to archer. I also tried to watch simple nursing co my content is poor been a long time.
I walked in for my exam feeling triumphant pass or fail. I will move forward. Never in my life had I ever thought I will still take this exam. l praise the Lord for the chance.
I sat there in the testing center for 3 hours and I stoped for a few seconds to pray and cry when I dont know the answer.
It stopped at 144 questions after 5 days now. I already have job offer.
Please pray and never give up. Realize that God has a bigger plan for us. Study and do your best and God will do the rest.

I am really struggling with my physical assessments because the documentation takes me forever!!! I just don’t ever know how to word things and when I have sufficient information. Is there a book that goes in-depth on documentation and provides good examples that would be useful for me to learn from? Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!
