I’m an ST3 who took a year out post CMT.
I feel like I’m slowly losing my shit. Someone showed me haematinics today and I had to look up haematinics interpretation. I confused right and left BBB today. I can barely remember the doses of drugs in ALS. Someone’s urine ACR came up as 18 today and I knew it was microalbuminuria but I honest to god didn’t know what to do with that info. I’m constantly having to look things up.
I don’t know what’s wrong with me……..People keep telling me it might be a side effect of long covid and I’m sure they’re right; I was normal before covid. What do I do?

Hello all,
I'm a recently diagnosed diabetic but with bad numbers (diagnosed at 266mg/dl fasting, 10.5% hba1c), hypertension, microalbuminuria, NAFLD, etc.
I've been put on Semaglutide and Metformin but have only been able to bring it down to 150mg/dl fasting on them, I want to use a CGM to avoid foods that spike my blood glucose and keep myself in check. But I've heard that CGMs are exclusively a T1 thing and I won't be able to get it. I don't mind paying out of pocket if I can get a prescription. How likely is my PCP to write me a prescription for me which would help me better my habits & lifestyle?
