Hi looking for locals thoughts on living in East little Havana near Calle ocho want to live somewhere different instead of the average high rise downtown and it seems like a unique vibrant neighborhood just wanting to make sure itβs a safe area canβt find too many posts or videos on sorry if itβs been asked before Thx.
About three years ago, I took a trip to Havana, Cuba. There was a restaurant that also sold some antique items. This one clock caught my eye and purchased it, despite the fact that it did not work and was missing some accessories. It's been sitting on my desk (not functional) since I've returned, but I've never really bothered to closely inspect it until recently. The brand (pictured) is "Bella Vox". Google came up with 0 results. On the back it says (15 jewels, 8 days, Swiss Made). The top looks like has some faded intricate design on it, but I can't quite make out what it is. Perhaps a flower since it would match the design on the front of the clock. I just opened up the rear cover on the clock and noticed that it had a music box built into it. The name, " Gueissaz 1848 Switzerland" is stamped onto the music box. This is a well-known brand from Switzerland that still produces music boxes today. I did not attempt to remove the music box from the actual clock movement out of fear that I might do some damage. The music box still works when you spin its movement with your hand, however, the tune I am unfamiliar with.
Now, I am not really a collector of antique items and don't really know anything about clocks, but I do really like this clock. I am curious if I could find any information about this clock.
As I've mentioned, I could not find anything related to "Bella Vox". Hoping to turn to some people with knowledge and background in identifying and collecting information about an antique clock.
Length | Depth | Height |

Edit: I am located in this United States, but as mentioned, clock was found and purchased in Havana, Cuba.
I believe this would be the wind-up mechanism, which is missing.
Bottom left screw to secure into housing is missing, as is the alarm wind up (part of the music box)
[Brand is \"Bella-Vox\", Swiss Made. Cannot find any information on this.](https://preview.redd.it/ac5bga9wqx581.jpg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b068426faa3146c06
... keep reading on reddit β‘Especially the dipping sauce. Was there a little bit of orange in there or what?
Is it safe to park overnight on the street in Little Havana area? And is there a meter to pay or it's free? Thank you for your insight!
Just witnessed a totally amazing but unexpected fireworks display for at least 15 minutes. Anyone know what was the occasion?
