A list of puns related to "Kalamazoo, Michigan"
The online information on which stores are open is inaccurate. Have driven to/called several that clearly havenβt opened for the season yet. Any help?
Iβm new to hunting and was wondering if anyone knows of any good cow farms or other spots that often grow psychedelic mushrooms in or near Kalamazoo, Michigan?
Omg easily the worst!!! Three different orders none of them got picked up. The last one said there was driver picking it up, I don't know where it went but it never made it to my house! How are they so absolutely awful????
Per title, am planning to bike one way from STL to Ann Arbor using the route listed above. As of now I am planning a credit card tour. My understanding is until Freeport it's back roads with little traffic, then mostly trails from Freeport to Madison to Milwaukee, then on the Michigan side I'd have to bike 60 miles from Muskegon to South Haven before taking a cross- state trail. Is this correct?
I plan to have both rear and front panniers on my 2020 Diamondback Haanjo. I've done the entire OTET and also toured from Seattle-Bellingham-Whidbey Is.-Port Townsend-Seattle (WA) before too. Any other advice welcome
In a vast Pfizer warehouse in Kalamazoo, Mich., with hundreds of ultracold freezers standing sentry, the final leg of an unprecedented scientific, medical and industrial relay race is about to get underway. Each day, the large freezers fill with stacks of white trays β βpizza boxes,β workers call them, because theyβre about the size of a personal pan pizza β loaded with 195 identical glass vials. Each tube, about the size of a pinkie fingercontains a few precious droplets of frozen coronavirus vaccine, enough, when thawed and diluted, to give five people a first shot of protection against a pathogen that has killed more than 247,000 people in the United States.Following the path of a single dose of the coronavirus vaccine produced by Pfizer and BioNTech β from raw ingredients to deep-freeze in Kalamazoo to the people seeking protection β reveals the brute-force engineering challenge that lies ahead. Even as the scientific endeavor has notched historic successes, equally ambitious manufacturing timelines have slipped, a reflection of the magnitude of the challenge. This summer, executives projected having 100 million doses by the end of the year; now they are racing to produce half that amount.βIf you would ask me 10 months ago if an effective vaccine could be developed, then my answer would be, βWe have to try it, but I donβt know,β β said Ugur Sahin, chief executive of BioNTech, the German firm that invented the vaccine. On a Friday night in mid-March, Chaz Calitri, Pfizerβs vice president of operations, got a call at home in Collegeville, Pa. His boss told him that Pfizerβs chief executive, Albert Bourla, had decided to launch on a coronavirus vaccine, and Kalamazoo β a 2,000-acre, 80-building campus in Michigan that Calitri oversees β was going to be key to the effort. βMy head was spinning,β Calitri said. βIt was only done at a bench scale, and we want 100 million doses by the end of the year, and 1.3 billion doses by next year β and we didnβt really have a process.β
Calitri moved to an apartment in Kalamazoo, leaving his family in Pennsylvania, and got to work. By the end of the year, Pfizer anticipates sending thousands of shipments each day from Kalamazoo and a second freezer farm in Pleasant Prairie, Wis. https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/2020/11/17/coronavirus-vaccine-manufacturing/
This is admittedly opinion, but I've lived in Michigan for almost my entire life. I love the state and I've traveled almost all of it. I've been all across the UP, hit up most of the Lakeside tourist towns, been to Grand Rapids, Detroit, Flint, Lansing, Saginaw and the Bay area just to name a few. But out of all of the state Kalamazoo is the most unique. We have all of the perks of both a large and a small city. Halfway between Detroit and Chicago we get huge concerts that most other similar size cities wouldn't dream of. We have a massive art scene, unique brewing, amazing nature trails etc. Plus as a duel college town it's always vibrant and full of energy. This may be a pointless thread but I just had to share among all the negativity and complaints that Kalamazoo, you're all AWESOME and I love you ALL! Have a fantastic day!
I'm (21f) in a happy sugar relationship, looking for other SB (f or m) wanting to chat about the lifestyle.

I'm the music director only control the autoplay system, not what DJs play (the schedule is on there) but I'm a MASSIVE Orbit so Star went up literally the day it was released.
I play lots of other K-pop too (makes up probably 1/4 of the library), Taeyeon, BTS, LOTS of Heize, etc. Lately I've had to tone it down because I'm literally the only person in the entire staff that likes K-pop (they think I'm a little crazy for it, I think lol), but if we get enough listeners I'll have a good reason for putting more on it!!
But yeah, so check it out if/when you get a chance! "Star" is in our "Power' rotation, meaning the category of the songs we feature the most often, so that probably comes on at least once every one or two days. There are also various solo songs in the rotation right now, I think Egoist and maybe one more?
Requests are always accepted as well! Let me know what you want to play and I'll see if I can play it! The songs have to be different enough to be accessible to non-kpoppers (which is the bane of my entire fucking existence), but I'd love to put more on. And Loona in particular seems very accessible to Westerners.
