Basically the title. I took a couple of classes to learn the basics, and I’ve gone by myself a few more times in an indoors piste. It’s a single slope, that has, according to the teacher I had, a little stretch that could be blue, and the rest is considered green (European).
I learnt to pizza, and I’ve been dabbling with parallel turns and the hockey stop. I also learnt how to manage my fear of speed (the little speed I gained anyways), and how to get on and off of a chairlift.
The thing is, I’m going skiing with some friends next week. We’re all beginners, but they’ve never skiied before and we’re planning on taking some classes there. But, we’ll be there for two days. My question is the following:
Should I spend both days on classes, or would I be able to ski by myself on a green/blue slope. Would that be too risky?

I’ve seen videos of people doing tricks indoors, jumping into big holes filled with soft material. I was wondering if there are any places in Sweden where you can do this? It would be fun to try.

I have posted here in the past & I know that some people have responded saying they've wanted to play and I haven't been able to get them onto a team. It's pretty overwhelming running soccer teams, so I took a season off. After a nice break, I have now started 2 teams and promise to get everyone who's interested onto a team!
This is coed, indoor, 6v6 soccer. No experience is necessary, though you should have some understanding that coed indoor soccer is somewhat a contact sport and you should have some desire to play soccer with teams that can get a little aggressive.
I am running 1 coed league at Foothills Fieldhouse (Highway 285 and Kipling) on Monday nights. Games will start February 26th and will be between 6 PM and 11 PM.
I am also running a league at Apex Fieldhouse (in Arvada at Kipling and 57th) on Sundays with games between 2 PM and 10 PM and games will start on March 18th.
The leagues will be between $50-$60 / person and will consist of 8-10 games.
