βMy freshman year of college I started experiencing cramps, muscle twitching, fatigue, aches and pains, even without doing much, so we knew it wasnβt over-worked muscles causing it,β Scott explained. βIt was a long road with many different specialists to diagnose the condition known as cramp-fasciculation syndrome and eventually we were able to manage it with a strict diet and care for my body. I was so grateful for the specialists who were able to help me pursue my career.β
Then this past year, Scottβs father suffered a stroke that affected his right side and his speech.
βBecause of my own experiences, Iβve seen first-hand the importance of the work of educators and researchers in this complex field,β

I've bought several pairs over the years for $40-$50 bucks and all of them have broke within a year. Not a huge deal but I would prefer to invest in something that will last several years. I don't do anything extreme like ice climbing... I mostly walk my dog on trails and around the roads in Anchorage. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
So I recently arrived to Vancouver from Mexico and I was greeted by the lovely BC storm. Thankfully I came in prepared with my hiking boots plus some ice cleats to not slip on the ice, however now I'm worried that I might be doing something rude by wearing them inside of stores when I come in from the street.
So, do you know if it's ok to wear my ice cleats when entering a shop or should I take them off from my boots?
EDIT: to clarify, I'm wearing theseremovable cleats, not boots with built in spikes

Hey all,
First time playing gridiron, I have wide feet and live in Australia - hard to find cleats right now.
Can anyone inform me if 'Puma Future Z 3.1 FG/AG Menβs Football Boot' are suitable for gridiron even though they are soccer (football) cleats?
The position I have been placed in is Defensive End and the gridiron scene here is compared to the American high school level of talent (or below) due to Far North Australia having no experienced teams.
Where I live all boots around size 11.5 - 12 US are sold out until mid next year so my options are very limited.
Any inside if defensive ends use soccer cleats would be great. I don't want to let my team down and play at a disadvantage.
Cheers.
I've been looking for cleats the last few days and it seems like there aren't as many lacrosse specific cleats like there were a few years back besides Huaraches, New Balances and some really boring Under Armour and Adidas cleats. I like the Huaraches but much prefer the colors of Under Armour and Adidas Football cleats. Is there any reason I shouldn't get football cleats.

I'm not trying to change anyone's mind about this subject but it seems odd the Jags or the NFL let this slide. I guess it helps he's not very good on a not very good team so no one cares what he does, but it seems like it could be bad PR especially in the wake of the Supreme Court decisions being made right now.
EDIT: I said I wasn't trying to change anyone's mind here but yall anti abortion folks coming on here and acting like abortion isn't a hot button topic in this country are intentionally missing the point.
What do the masses prefer - slamming your cleats all the way back on the shoe, or keeping them in the middle for pedaling?
Background: I am riding a bike with modern geometry, using shoes with tons of cleat adjustment. My trails are basically XC and my main goal for bike setup is stability - I want to be as comfortable and in control of the bike as possible, so 100% pedaling efficiency isn't a must. Not a "serious" poll per say, just looking for opinions!
