I bought tickets for this years event, however both my wife and I decided to not go, due to Omicron fears. We are both senior citizens and don't have Covid boosters appointments until mid-January. Casa Loma refuses to refund the cost of the tickets. I guess money has higher priority than health. Thoughts?
$50 per person seems like a lot of money to see some lights. I don’t think I’ll go, but wondering if it’s worth it.

Hi all! My fiancé and I are currently touring venues for our wedding next summer and we're in love with the Glass Pavilion at Casa Loma. Our only concern is the bathroom situation. They told us during our tour that there is no access to the indoor bathrooms, guests would have to use the outside bathrooms which are sort of like trailers with bathrooms inside. There's only one bathroom for men and one for women.
Has anyone hosted/attended an event at the Glass Pavilion before? Were there issues with the bathrooms (i.e. long lineups, gross messes, etc)?
Has anyone had any experience with either of these schools? Or know anyone who has gone to those schools for MRI/Radiology. Any knowledge would be very much appreciated I know they have other locations I’m based in Cali idk if that helps give context. Trying to go towards ARRT THANK YOU!
Hi there!! Just joined this sub. I’m getting married at Casa Loma next July and my fiancé and I really want to book a nice suite near the venue. I’m planning this from abroad so I’m not familiar with the local hotels.
The venue recommended the Kimpton Saint George, Yorkville Royal Sonesta, Hazelton, Four Seasons or Windsor Arms.
Four Seasons is like… $6,900/night for a suite which is just absurd. The Windsor Arms is way more affordable at around $700-800/night for a huge 1,000 sq ft room.
I’m wondering if anyone has opinions of these or experiences they can share. Would also love any other recommendations that won’t be so close to the lakeshore as I don’t want to have to commute up to the venue too far on the day of.

So I’m a giant chicken but I love creepy atmospheres and decor. If I could just explore the Addams Family mansion without interruption- this would be a dream. I’ve been wanting to go to the Casa Loma Haunted house, is it super scary? Are there any scare actors?
It looked amazing on the inside and at the bottom they have a wall of movies filmed there and of course they had Scott Pilgrim and also a little screen showing scenes from movies filmed there and I got to watch the part where Lucas Lee throws him at one of the towers

My 8yo and I have been watching X-men movies together and he thinks Xavier Mansion is so cool. Told him about Casa Loma and he would love to see it. I know there are no tours of the interior right now, but how much access is there to the outside? Has anyone been lately?
