Great Day at the 48th annual Pennsylvania karate championships in Pittsburgh. I took 1st in weapons, 1st in kata, and 1st in fighting. Also took home a cool Grand Championship for today's competition. And took home last seasons overall points title for black belt men.

Had forgotten how many of the tracks on there feel like filler though. I feel like there could certainly be some trimming of fat, but it makes sense in terms of 1974 excess.
