A list of puns related to "Yeomen"
Hey, I'm attempting to build a Bretonnian army, and while they aren't essential, I can't help but love mounted Yeomen. Sadly, they're very rare models. Does anyone have suggestions as to what I could use as proxies?
Edit: It's from a chest
I've been looking at the Fireforge mounted sergeants, and the sergeants at arms.
But I'm a little worried about the scale. Albion knights on their horses are about the right size for Yeomen, but I've also heard that the FF historical range is a little smaller than the Fantasy. Does anyone have any recommendations or experience with this?
I'll be mixing them in an army with 5th and 6th ed GW Brets and other third party models.
Asking any former yeomen that have left the service if any of the experience you gained as being a yeomen led to a great civilian job and also if it didnβt what steps did you take to get a great paying civilian job
I have $$ looking for battle pilgrims and mounted yeomen
This letter goes to every holdfast in Crackclaw Point from Dyre Den, with letters being sent by raven where possible and by rider where not.
> To the Lords and Ladies of Crackclaw Point,
> I seek the aid of the skilled hunters and bowmen of our region for a task of great necessity, for the continued safety of our realm. By word from our dear King Clarence II of House Brune, Long May He Reign, a great and terrible beast has been spotted by our southron border, one that could spell doom to many a man. As such, His Grace has seen fit for me to gather the great hunters and those skilled with bow and arrow at Dyre Den within the month. I await those who deem themselves worthy.

How are Yeomen of the Guard better known?

One definition of βYeomanβ describes citizen farmers in good standing with their society. They are people who live off the land, live peacefully and cooperatively, but are more than capable of defending themselves.
This describes our style of play. We, as players, enjoy hunting and fishing in groups. We pursue events that give money and XP for obvious reasons, but overall, weβre adult players that like to play honorably. Whatever fits into that description is pretty much fair game.
That being said, we have a zero tolerance policy towards griefing. Since we are usually grouped up, we rarely get griefed, but when we do, we defend ourselves until the attacker relents or we relocate. Our players also will never suggest (seriously, at least) that we grief any player. Weβre all looking to have fun, but none of us are willing to do so at the expense of another playerβs enjoyment.

Friends, Northmen, Temerians, lend me your ears!
I come to speak for the infantrymen, not to disparage them
The evil that cards do lives after them;
The good is oft interred in their scrap;
So let it be with the Infantry! The noble CDPR
hath made the infantry the victims of the Open Beta;
As this is so, it is a grievous fault!
And grievously hath the infantry answered for it.
Now come I to speak on the Infantry's behalf!
They were my friend, faithful and just to me,
But CDPR saw fit to remove them
And CDPR are an honorable publisher.
The infantry hath brought many victories to the northern realms
Whose MMR gains did provide us great rank:
In this, did they seem overpowered?
When that the meta hath been stale, The Infantry were there:
Providing hilarious antics with thunderbolt potions:
Yet CDPR saw fit to remove them;
And CDPR is an honorable publisher.
I speak not to disaprove what CDPR wrought,
But here I am to speak what I do know.
You all did love them once, not without cause,
What cause withholds you then from calling for their return?
O judgment! thou art fled to savage bears,
And men have lost their reason.
My heart is in the scrap pile there with the Infantrymen
And I must pause till they come back to me.
