We are having a girl and think we've narrowed down her name. First name is Maeve for sure.
Middle name we think will be Wilhelmina.
My husband's family tends to give their boys the middle name William, but he's never wanted to do that for a boy. I have a great grandma and a great-great grandma named Wilhelmina. We kind of figured it keeps the William tradition going but in a new way, and also ties in my family. Annnnd my husband's name starts with an M so its kind of cute that they will have the same initials.
Lastly, we wanted a longer middle name to offset the short first and last names.
So... thoughts on Maeve Wilhelmina D(lastname)? Any weird association or whatever that we haven't thought of?

I usually donβt like names that seem to be a misspelling of one name. But for some reason I really like Willamina, itβs unusual but has that old timey flare I usually like. Itβs odd cause Iβm not a fan of Wilhelmina (even though that is the original spelling), but Willamina is like better than Wilhelmina to me lol. Another spelling is Willemina.
And a good alternative if someone doesnβt like Wilhelmina but wants something still similar to it. And has the nickname potential for: Willa, Willow, Mina, Lamb (if your into cutesy baby nicknames lol), Wilma, Billie, Mia. According to Babycenter.com, itβs currently #6,850 on the charts lol so itβs extremely rare. But has risen very slightly though the years between 2010 through today. Also, fun fact, there is a city in Oregon called Willamina, Oregon for any U.S user that likes this name and wants a confirmation of its usability lol.

Hi Iβm pretty new at this game, still trying to get my first culture victory. Have a few science and dominations. Mostly science. Also progressed to King and tried Emperor (but too tough for me now)
Set up is King difficulty on Gathering Storm on TSL earth. Woke up to Catherine trying to settle next to me. What a bonus. Practically had 2 cities in turn 2.
I did all the monuments and aimed for culture bonuses (didnβt know how to optimize much but all the adjacency bonus were ok at least +2)
Throughout the game I also had 3 consecutive golden ages, fought my way to all of europe, and even found a way to settle in vacant North America and much later in vacant Australia where I built a few seaside resorts. Also had national parks, ski resorts, but my rock band fizzled out as i was banned after a few gigs. Oh i didn't have great diplomatic relations with everyone.
