A list of puns related to "Underprice"
Well this might be a dumb question, but looking at certain exclusive hyper cars that are really only available to certain people not neccesarly those that have most money even but those loyal to the brand.
i wonder why certain cars like koneisegg's for example sell their cars and immadiately as the cars sell out the cost more on the second hand market.
isnt there a missing profit from the manufacturers here for selling it for less then some people are willing to buy, or is this a case of the reason people buying these cars to begin is because of the instant price increase? or is it a loyalty thing where they want to keep long term customers that consistently buy their cars.
I'm so confused. I sell and shop on depop, recently I've seen sellers charging yard sale prices for stuff with free shipping. Some of them are new, so maybe they're just trying to get feedback, but some aren't.
Am I missing something? Lol
(also plz don't forget paypal raised prices to 3.49% + 49Β’)
Kim and Will Rohrer put in an $850,000 offer on a Berkeley house that was listed for $799,000. The house sold for $1.4 million.Credit...Jim Wilson/The New York TimesBy Candace JacksonSept. 7, 2021Kim Rohrer was looking forward to leaving the leaky windows in the two-bedroom Berkeley rental duplex that she shared with her husband and two small children.
The couple recently found a three-bedroom, two-bathroom chalet-style house in Berkeley listed for $799,000, which seemed relatively affordable for the area.
The house needed significant work, including plumbing upgrades, but the couple wasnβt deterred. βIt was like a dream house,β said Ms. Rohrer, who works in human resources for a tech company. (Her husband works at the University of California, Berkeley.)
The couple offered well above the asking price: $850,000. They knew there would likely be multiple offers but they also needed to save some money for the necessary repairs. They didnβt get the house. They didnβt even come close. The home sold for $1.4 million β nearly double its asking price. βItβs terrible,β she says of her house hunting experience so far. βCompletely terrible.β
As the housing market roared back to life in the United States this past spring, with demand far outpacing the available supply of homes, the new normal has come to include open houses with lines out the door, bidding wars and homes selling for well over asking price. According to data from Zillow.com, 37 percent of homes now sell for over the asking price β up from 13 percent in 2018. The typical buyer pays about $2,200 over the asking price, or 0.6 percent, according to Realtor.com, based on a median list price nationwide of $367,000.
But nowhere else in America do homes sell for more over asking price than in Berkeley, Calif., where roughly 80 percent of homes sell above the listed price, according to Zillow. In neighboring Oakland, itβs just over 70 percent of homes. Berkeley also has the highest overbid situation in the country, according to Realtor.com, with listings selling for an average of 19 percent over asking. In Oakland, the typical house goes for 11.2 percent above asking. Many, like the one Ms. Rohrer put an offer on go for much, much more β sometimes $1 million or more.

Hear me out, if they are purposely over/underpricing items, even when they know the actual worth just to trick people, that is not ok. But if they genuinely believe an item cost less or more than the community believes it's worth, they are allowed to believe that. Although trading might be harder for them, they are still allowed to believe an item has any amount of worth. Royale high is not like other games where items have a tier list, it is up to the player/playerbase to make their own tier list, so everyoney is entitled to their own opinion, even if the general public disagrees.
TL;DR: people are entitled to their opinion on item worth and unless they're purposely under/overpricing items to fool others, they are allowed to believe items have worth based on what they think the item is worth, not other people.
Please don't underprice yourself, i have seen artists sell their hard work for a mere 5 bucks sonetimes and it makes my 200 usd piece too extravagant. I am not blaming these artists, i absolutely understand how it feels about quoting your price on your own art. But when you do that, you hurt the rest of the artists who feel like them being paid 20/hr is absolutely unreasonable.
