Just curious because it would be cool to make a recreation of the s4 or ccx
I had this idea while on a Discord call with a couple of builders last week.We were talking about ICEwave - I can't quite remember the context - and I said it'd be both funny and awesome if they put a turbocharger on the engine to increase its torque and horsepower. One of the builders, Derek from Cobalt/Gigabyte, basically said "the much better way to make that bot better is to replace that engine with an electric motor, not to add a turbo, that's silly."
To which I replied, EXACTLY!
That's ICEwave's whole gimmick, is the engine. It's a sub-optimal weapon setup that makes it super unique and gives it that roaring sound everyone loves. Think of other machines that have a design that would seem uncompetitive, but they've stuck with it and made it the best that it can possibly be. Behemoth is the best example of this. I really respect that sort of "stubbornness" of a somewhat unviable idea being improved and upgraded until it's awesome. ICEwave's engine is too cool to get rid of, and would it not be hilarious and friggin awesome to see them add a turbo to it? I think so.
Just a thought? Would it be a good idea , since i feel like the speed on these tanks is frustratingly close to being good for a heavy tank.
