Is this possible to do? Or do I have to wait until Invisalign is finished? What do you recommend? I'm very distressed by the greying of my tooth and want it fixed ASAP. I estimate I have a year left of Invisalign.
Does anyone have tips for where in the city to get a highly effective tooth bleaching treatment, administered by trained professionals, for under or around €100? The offers on Groupon are either of questionable quality or in Hanau, and dentists seem to charge €200 and up.
I used to be bulimic for about two years and I had damaged my teeth somewhat so I went and got a bleach kit from my dentist and it has been one week now and has only whitened about a shade so far and already used half of my bleach. Will it even work that well on my teeth or was this a waste of money?
Ive been using teeth whitening for three days now and suddenly i get this "zinging" in my front tooth. A few days ago i noticed something that looks like a crack. Im afraid that the chemicals have gotten inside the crack. The pain is a little scary. What should i do? Edit: google says its a craze line. is it dangerous to be withening my teeth if i have a craze line?

I'm seriously thinking about getting a tooth bleaching. I know that the color of one's teeth does not say anything about the health of them or how you take care of them.
General situation: My teeth have a yellowish brown staining. When i was younger i had braces and over the years minor caries incidents and one dental nerve extraction. I do neither smoke nor drink coffee. My beer and wine consumption is below average. As far as I can remember my teeth had a staining which might got worse over time. Hence, despite of my young age of just 25 I would like to improve my situation. I try not to smile on photos and try not to show a lot of teeth while smiling and speaking. I want to be comfortable with myself and the procedure is quite cheap.
Questions: What bleaching procedures exist? Which one is the most effective and persistent? I read that one bleaching stays for about 2 years, then one has to renew it. Considering my age of 25 I can expect about 20 procedures till I'm mid-60 and don't care anymore or some magic new stuff exists? Is it even possible to apply 20 tooth bleachings? What if science finds the existing most recommended procedure to be harmful? In 4 years I get stained teeth after having run around with whitened one? I feel this is even worse.
TL;DR: 25 years old, want tooth bleaching, fear that if you do it once you gotta do it till the end of your life. Don't want to damage my teeth.
