Just some random stuff from a noob.
Hi, rescently I have been experimenting with hosting on decentralized storage platforms.. I have tried and set up many instances of this and the competition in the last month on Truenas systems in Debain VM's. I have also tried on proxmox hosting vm both windows and debian. All different configurations.. And I am still not committed to anything. The strengths of SC is its is established early to market. I think the installible apps are pretty good despiste reading some criticisms. Weakness could be the SC itself being its own chain and not easily aquired, Not really sure about Skynet branding and branding and direction over all "burn" coins instead of branding marketing saturation when there are so many threats. This is kind of a head scratcher to me. I Have read about people being banned for critque (not here long enough to judge that, hope doesnt happen to me for starting discussion). Seem like there are heaps of opertunity out there as this is just a brilliant concept wich leads to all the emerging threats of competition.
Why am I not jumping in yet? Well the SC is a pain in the arse to get and then I am committed to "collateral". And there are other threats "platforms" out there developing that come to market soon. And then I come here and read about burning coins and other negetive articles as I did my due diligence.
Threats:
Storj - its on ETH chain and the gas fees etc kind of made me not want to do it, since impossible to get payouts is the gripe. But I like their static pricing better and their branding is heaps better in my opinion.
Filecoin- not decentralzed enough with 8 core requirement puts a lot of server spec into this project when you dont know whats really up for ages on something like this.
MaidSafe to hard to find info I wanted didnt like pricing model.
Areweave or however you spell it. Like maidsafe just got turned off at the initial web page trying to read it. And pricing model didnt seem like something I would want to commit to.
None of those are even close to being challangers for what I am looking for. BUt now these new ones are coming up and pique my interest.---
SCPrime- Think this is a fork of filecoin and and doesnt have the spec requirement so this sounds promising but not there yet.
BTFS - Also in develeopement and on an interseting chain ecosystem.
And who knows what else I havent learned of yet.

Another template for something I do quite often for work. Unlike my meeting notes template, this one would probably work better on the larger A5X but seems to do the job on my A6X.

- Availability (currently self employed and can chose my schedule/number of hours)

- Ability, tools, and experience to preform initial build out as well as regular maintenance
WEAKNESSES
- Lack of business management skills outside my own
- Lack of marketing skills
- Low/no experienced help in the area
- Low overall population
- Less BJJ experience then many owners/head coaches in non competing areas
OPPORTUNITIES
- No competing business within 50 miles
- Local college and private schools to market to and form relationships with.
- Many potentials for a location in high traffic area
THREATS
- Potential for low/no customers for some time after initial investment
- Expensive area to rent/own.
- Potential for injury which can effect ability to perform
- Potential competing business to open at any time
