A list of puns related to "Smyrna"
Yes, yes, another "where should I move?" post.
Background and details to save us all some time - My wife and I are beginners but love the ocean. Can't afford California/west Coast (plus far from families). We spent 10 years in Orlando, FL then moved to Piedmont Triad in NC 2 years ago where we fell in love with the ocean - yes...cruel irony. We've been to Carolina Beach a couple times and enjoy it.
I think what we're after is the ability to surf most days of the week - we both work remotely and could afford to live very close, if not beachfront at these places. I know waves are small for most of the year and all that, but if I just wanna embrace the ocean life and just work on losing my training wheels on the foamie, which place has your pick? I am WAY more of the mindset that I would rather paddle out for 1-2ft waves and just enjoy it rather than wait for a stellar day. Luckily I've lived in both Florida and NC, so I have a decent understanding of the culture of the states APART from the ocean life, but this would be our first foray into a beach town.
FWIW, I would love to be told that since I'm already in NC, the Carolina coast is comparable to the Florida coast and just move east a spell (and yes I know all about OBX)
Thoughts?
Hi guys, I'm moving to Smyrna on 21 of January. But I'm having a lot of difficult to find real estate agents to help me rent a house. I did used the realtor.com, zillow.com, apartments.com but no one is answering me... Any tips that you could give to me?? I need to rent a house, in the maximum, until 1st of February...
What is the best time of year to find a rental house/duplex nearby ish to KSU Marietta campus? My parter and I have been searching for a rental house for a while and are not finding many good options. I know all the rental prices are high right now, but we figured if we waited until winter, we might find a better deal. I'm realizing now that was probably a mistake because there is also lower inventory in the winter time. We've found only about three places that all have some issues and are still higher rent than we were looking to spend. Should we try to wait until spring or summer?
Looking for a house, townhouse, duplex, or basically anything that is not a huge busy complex. Within 15 minutes to KSU Marietta campus. If anyone knows of anything. We have good credit, references, all that. Thanks!
Iβm looking someone (or a gym) that can help me stay consistent with my eating and workout routine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Looking for the best place to pick up a cheap meal while on that side of town. I've heard Tacos La Villa is good, any other recommendations for unique options in the area?
Currently working through this very cute Mill Hill kit that has both smyrna crosses and beads. Any recommendations for larger patterns that also incorporate them? Thanks!
