I'm considering moving to the area and was wondering if anyone has any personal experience living there. Any info/thoughts at all would be greatly appreciated!
I work remotely and saw that starlink (satellite internet) will be coming to the area this year, so I believe that won't be an issue. Outside of that I'm having a hard time finding much info other than demographics/census info.
I was stuck right outside of Lynchburg for nine hours while they tried to clear trees on the railway. They decided they couldnβt clear the rails so they backed us back to Lynchburg so we could have signal on our phones. I will demand a refund after this.
Update: We stayed overnight. Lots of people left and went back South if they could. There are no buses or planes going North right now. Lots of angry people called the police as if they could do something. As of now, they say we may be able to leave around 3-4pm.
I am looking to start a local group/community of lynchburg cannabis growers. 100% legal and above board, no funny stuff.
I want a place where we can come together and share tips/techniques, seeds, and flowers. This would be especially helpful with the upcoming outdoor season, as this will be the first full legal season in virginia for growing. While you can find lots and lots of information about growing inside, the information we could learn about outdoor growing in this specific region would be invaluable.

I am about to graduate college and need a city to live in without a car. Is lynhcburg a viable option with its Public Transport/walkability options?
I'm specifically looking at switching to a T-mobile plan. Their coverage map shows all of Lynchburg with 5G capability, but I have read online that in some areas carriers are advertising 5G capability to sell more expensive devices, but then the service is really closer to 4G speeds. Does anyone know what the local situation is? Basically, is it worth getting a 5G device in Lynchburg? Or should I just stick with a 4G phone for now?

Anyone know of good psychology services in Lynchburg? Iβm trying to work through some anxiety, plus some abandonment and trust problems that I deal with likely due to some past traumas I experienced as a teenager.
Iβd hope not to have to hop between therapists to find the best one, so I figured Iβd ask if anyone here knows of good ones?
